The GMG sale has started and there's some decent deals there but for me this has to be the standout. More than 90% off a game which, I think, actually won a BAFTA for something or other (I'm sure someone will be more clued up than me in the comments). The game will show as 70p via the link but if you use the code GMGBLACKFRIDAY at checkout you'll get that extra 10p off.

The blurb:

Game description
1992. George H. W. Bush and Boris Yeltsin officially put an end to the Cold War. Barcelona held the summer Olympic Games. The Tonight Show aired its last show with Johnny Carson…
… and Lucas Fairfax disappeared from his bedroom in Kingdom, Virginia.

Synopsis

Virginia is a single-player first-person thriller set in a small town with a secret. Experience a missing person investigation through the eyes of graduate FBI agent Anne Tarver. Together with your partner, seasoned investigator Maria Halperin, you’ll take a trip to idyllic Burgess County and the secluded town of Kingdom, Virginia, where a young boy has vanished and nobody seems to know why.

Before long Anne will find herself negotiating competing interests, uncovering hidden agendas and testing the patience of a community unaccustomed to uninvited scrutiny.
As your investigation takes a turn for the sinister, and the list of suspects grows ever larger and stranger, you will make decisions which irrevocably shape the course of Anne’s and agent Halperin’s lives.

Features.

• Cinematic editing that immerses players in a story told in the style of film and TV • A dreamlike journey punctuated by intense drama and populated by a memorable cast of curious characters
• A stirring soundtrack composed by composer Lyndon Holland and recorded live by the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra at the renowned Smecky Studio (Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive)
• An original detective noir story in the tradition of Twin Peaks, Fargo and True Detective
• A striking, painterly art style, steeped in the magic of small town America and the vibrant Virginia countryside.

Solid game. Played it on PS4 earlier this year.

Really good game. Bit of a love it or hate it kind of thing but for this price it is worth a punt.

yeah this game is good if a little bit strange

Looks interesting and little out there, why not for 60p.

I wanted to like it, but was quite disappointed.

The special edition is £0.81 on Steam at the mo x
Regular one is also £0.69 on there too x

Wish I'd seen that first, now I've had to spend a whole 18p extra buying the OST separately from Steam. Absolutely gutted

Eh? Did you misread my comment as being intended to undermine yours or do you not know what sarcasm is?

Either way let's clear it up - the Steam deal would have been better for me which gave me a pang of buyer's remorse (the kind you only get on HUKD) and I thought it was funny that still happened over a mere 18 pennies. I used exaggeration (or hyperbole if you prefer), describing myself as 'absolutely gutted' to highlight how daft that instinctual reaction was; no sarcasm to be found.

But on the plus side it looks you too can use sarcasm (even if you can't identify it).
