I got this for under £4 last week from Amazon - not sure if that deal is still on or not, but it has been cheaper than this

sure it wasn't Virtua Tennis 3 - because £4 for this would be absurd.

"(Note: CEX games are often preowned)" - CEX stuff should ALWAYS be preowned (as they are not supposed to buy in sealed items unless it's something like xbox live points etc), but can be in like new condition. Good deal for the Xbox, PS3 price is a little more average.

ok. Although ive never had sealed products, i have had things such as phones, still in boxes with the film protector over and discs which have never been used - i suppose, like new condition.

Cheers, post editied

You sometimes do get new stuff from CEX. It might not be sealed but you get people trading in new items they've bought cheap elsewhere when CEX give more cash or trade for it.

Indeed this is true, in fact it is how I paid for my iphone! However - cex staff often do not take the upmost care of discs (fingermarks on discs anyone?), and they can easily become scratched from the way they are stored.

My point was basically that people looking through the forums might see the "sometimes used" (or whatever it said!) and expect it to be new, later to be disappointed when a used, scratched game with no manual turned up on their doorstep, as not everyone is familiar with CEX.
