The No.1 selling tennis series is back in time for the Grand Slam season with revolutionary new features and an all-star line-up!

Being developed in Japan by the original Virtua Tennis Team, Virtua Tennis 4 promises a more immersive, true to life tennis experience than ever before.

Boasting its strongest ever player line-up across all platforms, Virtua Tennis 4 features the world's top stars such as world No.1 Rafael Nadal, 16-time major champion Roger Federer and UK No.1 Andy Murray. Joining them for the first time are seven new champions making their debut to the series, enabling players to take on the likes of Juan Martín Del Potro, Fernando Gonzalez, Caroline Wozniacki and Laura Robson.

In addition, Virtua Tennis 4 sees a totally new World Tour career mode designed to encourage replay value with an element of off-court fame. Each decision affects a player's career path meaning no two careers will ever be the same, while a brand new on-court feature makes for even more dramatic singles and doubles matches. Players can build up their Match Momentum gauge over the course of a match and revel in their improved ability as their players grow in confidence.

The new Online Mode offers an invigorating experience with the choice of a competitive and casual area to suit all players. This new hub will be the most engaging online experience for tennis gamers ever, promising a more competitive matchmaking system and online tournaments geared to seeking out the ultimate Virtua Tennis Champion.

it's not a very good game this, but it is a good price.
Yeah the game is not brill, bit repetative, but its ok, beats the WII games...
Prices are coming down already.

When vita games hit £20 it will be more realistic
Still to expensive, PS3 version is for 10£

Tennis, repetitive? Just like the real sport then...
I actually liked the game. Online could have been better though.
Can't believe people are saying this isn't a good game. Even though i'm a huge tennis fan this is by far the best game on the Vita so far I think, SEGA have really improved it over the console versions (which were average at best) and the graphics are awesome. Of course it's repetitive though, but then which game isn't?
It's a great game but don't overplay it.
how come games that should be boring as hell be so addictive!
This game is good !!!
Can you play "proper" tennis on this ... i.e. sets up to 6 games, tie breaks etc or is it like the PS3 version limited to "best of 5 games" matches?

On PS3 my younger son wanted a tennis game last year and after trying out demos chose Virtua4 over TopSpin but was a bit disappointed to find even on full game he couldn't play a proper match. Anyway, got him TopSpin for his birthday a couple of weeks back and he now thinks that is much better and more realistic.
