Check with the people who live in south Asia who use coconut oil all day for their food preparation where increasingly higher level of heart diseases and tons of other terminal illnesses exist.
Oh there's some kind of coconut oil in B&M for 1.49 but I didn't note which.

No, it was a scientific review that included coconut oil amongst other fats. Just look at the label on the tub, 80-96% saturated fat depending on which brands you get. It's better to eat spoonfuls of butter

Surely wouldnt have anything to do with poverty? Which increases drinking, smoking and unbalanced meals?
I bought one of these the other day, great price! I don't use it for cooking as I'm not a fan of the taste but it makes a fantastic hair mask
