3 for £10 @ Asda always
Found some in Tonbridge, thanks.
Pills are not a subsitute for a varied diet.
The ONLY vitamin supplement that there is any evidence to support is vitamin D which may be useful to people who spend too much time indoors.
If you have a specific nutritional defficiency (as advised by a doctor or dietician, not a quack such as a nutritionist) you don't need everything that's in these. If you don't have a specific nutritional defficiency you don't need anything that's in these.
It's just cynical marketing for people making NY resolutions about being healthy. Eat some fruit n veg occasionally instead.

I personally disagree but to each their own I guess. I have had non-placebo results with different forms of pills for different vitamins and as a gym go-er who puts his body through a lot, I noticed positive results. But as I said, to each their own my friend.

How do you know they were non-placebo results?
I'd be interested to see the details of your double blind trial...

So, I use to eat really healthy and go to gym quite regularly and that's when I noticed that I was falling ill every 2-3 months for 2 years straight, I basically just grew accustomed to it. Then around winter 2015 I had a holiday booked and thought nope, I need to start taking something to make sure I'm not ill for this holiday, so I started take viobotics immunace pro which are pretty expensive in my opinion, it's around £25 for a 3 month supply on Amazon, take one a day, I also took a Vitamin C pill daily too (1000mg). Since 2016 I've fallen ill ONCE and when I did fall ill, I still took the pills and recovered in 3-4 days, usually when I have a cold it lasts a minimum of 10 days. I've been taking that combo of pills everyday ever since (where best I can) and I don't think I'll ever go back to pill-less, even though that may be a bad thing as my body may end up relying on them but still, I absolutely HATE being ill, especially when I have a good gym run going and that one cold can set you back so much!
