was it that one store that has the parking lot? you know the one by the tree by the road.

I know it's only 50p, but wouldn't it be better to eat a healthy well balanced diet full of fruit and veg rather than supplements ? It isn't that expensive to eat well if you avoid junk food.

.......You're correct therefore I suggest we change the name of this site from HotUKDeals .....to HotUKDietaryAdvice........until that happens this is a HOT deal.........

How do you know taking this supplement would help correct any perceived deficiency you think you have? It's a serious question. Also how do you know that your diet is giving you a deficiency?

It's assumed that these supplements have a beneficial effect, how do you know they do? Have these been tested for bioavailability? Do they have any harmful effects?

The above questions are quite difficult to answer, I guess what these supplements do is provide a pretence of peace of mind. That we have some control where in reality it's not really afforded us.

You can eat the healthiest diet, exercise and do everything right and still get cancer, some things are just out of our control. Multi vitamins are to all intents and purposes a pretend insurance policy, that you can't cash in.

Vegans lack sources of vitamin B12, thus this is useful for them as it can help supply this natural deficiency.

Absorption rate of B12 is 0.06% from memory, therefore I'd look at a specific B12 supplement for Vegans.

Thanks for your concern over my mental anxiety, I can confirm that at the time of writing the above post I was at ease with myself and the world and so far this state of mind still exists. I was able to achieve this state of mind without resorting to chemical supplementation. Happy New Year dude

I work for a manufacturer and distributor of health supplements including body building supplements, although 90% of the stuff (excluding the body building supplements) don't work, there are a number of things what do.

For the ones what don't work, they can offer peace of mind. Which that alone can help you, regardless of whether it actually does what it claims.

You'll find that the majority of health supplements what do absolutely nothing for you are the weight loss ones, most of the B's are top Sellers, mainly B6 (pyridoxine) B3 (both nicotinamide and niacin) and B12.

Since we mainly supply bulk, and only have a 'side' business in small sales, most of the stuff we sell is almost too cheap, but no way in hell will B Complex be sold for 300 tabs for 50p, I can't imagine the loss being made on these because even on making a million tablets, then taking into account the cost and labour, including pots. I can't see any profit in this, obviously this is probably made on a huge scale, but there certainly isn't anymore than a 5% mark up on this & that's being optimistic. Therefore this is definitely a deal. Hot.
