That is one nasty looking bike/spec. Fair play for finding a cheap one, but the money would be better spent towards a decent used one.
As skiddlydiddly says - thats horrible.

I'd especially mention the gear shifters - thats the sort of system I had 40 years ago.

NO

Its PVC Pipes
Low end freewheel and Shimano tourney gearing. I've seen better bikes go for less without being on sale. It's a sub £200 bike. Also don't forget Halfords have their flash deal on cycling tonight between 8 and 10pm so any bike sold by Halfords should have 20% off plus you can get 3% off via topcashback.

The apollo paradox is currently £162 but with 20% off and 3% off the price before VAT that is getting towards £125 and you can have it assembled and checked at your local Halfords with a free 6 week check to make sure its still running fine. It actually looks a slightly better bike too.
Taking a picture of a bike when the chain has slipped off the front chainring is also pretty amateur it has to be said.
Can't remember the last time I saw a new bike without indexed gears, surprised anyone still makes them except for the vintage crowd.

First thing that jumped out for me too.

Verdict: Ugh.
