Just saw this off the homepage deal of the day.
Not bad for the money. I used the predecessor a few years ago on honeymoon and was pleasantly surprised. Although I paid a fair bit more for mine.

Also free delivery today

I wouldn't have posted this if I didn't think the camera was worth it for the money Jon.

Here's a couple of shots from my old camera -

i'm going to buy more and punt them on eBay.

If you search or go to special offers you don't find it. Use viking no q71-6122700 in the search or it is £17.99 plus vat :-)

Great deal, vivitar arent the best but for digital underwater who could kick the price to play around with?? Serious photographers will buy better kit but amateurs its cool :-D

Lol ewwaxo i thought about doing that ;-p

Ordered and heat added. If it's bad stick it in the car glove box as an accident cam, @ £12 less Quidco goto be worth a go. Thanks OP

Anyone else read the title as Underwear Camera?

This is great - only a few quid more than a disposable. Thanks! Hot

Rated for 12m, tempted to buy and test at 40m :P

What's the battery life like on the AAA's?

Thanks great find, just bought one for a swim with the dolphins I have booked in February in Orlando - Cheers

I already have a similar camera, for £12 the results are going to be far from perfect but the camera lets you get shots that would be impossible unless you spent hundreds of pounds on a quality camera and housing. Great value and thanks for posting.

Good price, is £55 on Amazon website!

Bargain! Housing for digital cameras, even compact cameras can be £100+, thus for an occasional use camera this is perfect.

I don't know why but I too read it as an underwear camera

Should it be around 12m if it's 40 feet?

Wow...this is fab, have been looking online for ages and this is the near on the price for the underwater camera bag. Thank you for that.

Lol! "Slutty Hot Deal" and "underwear camera" you guys are twisted! To be honest if underwear photography is your thing, then so be it

My old camera was the predecessor for this one and not rated to the depths this one is. Bought for my honeymoon yes - we went to the Maldives and planned on taking snaps whilst snorkelling and on shallow dives

Great deal, well spotted and bagged.

Won't let me order. Keeps saying 'not added to basketc :-\

Bargain price, and even if I only get 10 shots per set of batteries, that still 10 more than I'd be getting otherwise since never fancied taking my proper camera kit down in a waterproof housing. Spent multiple days snorkelling on holiday this year and this finishes of the snorkelling kit nicely, and so duly bought!

tried to order, but "now not available on-line"

Great buy. Will be taking on my Egypt holiday next weekend

Looks like it's sold out....

I just tried to go back to the page and couldn't see the camera. I even used the code someone sted above and there was an error message. So I rang Viking up and was told they have run out of stock. They apparently sold over 800 of the cameras today alone! Good effort by all accounts!

I was told my order had gone through and should receive delivery on Monday

link not working for me either

Thanks for the post. Ordered one earlier..went via Quidco ! Will be useful when on Holiday in Egypt in Dec

Also should make an ok 'action camera', presuming video isn't limited duration for outdoor sports that might get a bit wet.
