I ordered an upgrade (on my existing VF number) and got new sim but also not active, told wait up to 48 hrs then call again if it still doesn't work
Thank you! I'll keep my eyes peeled to see if it reactivates. I'm ashamed to say, I'm currently paying EE £28 as I didn't realise my contract expired in January. I want to switch as soon as possible but holding out for a good deal. Essentially being robbed for a 8GB contract 😬
Apparently people who did not cancel are now having this deal honoured, that is what the email i just recieved says (edited)
The deal has been posted here before so I believe it exists. I just don't want to deal with any problems. Both companies have really bad CS and it's not worth the hassle now nor further down the line.
