First time post, long time lurker! I couldn't see any other posts...

Been trying to find a good broadband deal over the last couple of days - noticed that Vodafone had knocked a quid off their previous prices, so Fibre broadband available for £23pcm (£21PCM for Pay Monthly mobile customer). The faster service (average speed 63mbs) is also included at £29pcn/£27pcm. You will also have to pay £9.99 activation fee up front.

Already one of the cheapest on the market, but they are now offering a free Echo Plus (worth £140) to sign up. Also £40 Quidco cash back. Seems like a cracking deal, hope it helps!

Is a great deal, but I think the price is £23 monthly for new customers and £21 monthly for existing customers! Still a brilliant price and great free gift.

Their reduced rate is usually available to new customers when going via sites like Uswitch or BroadbandChoices, though you may miss out on cashback.
Thanks OP. Just searching for broadband oddly enough. Will check this out. Heat added by the way
Thanks I think i gonna say bye bye to Virgin as they doing another price increase

Considering last year I was only paying £21 for broadband 2 with been a mobile customer, so the prices have gone up to get the echo plus.
Vodafone service and fibre speed is Whack!

Changed from BT (40Mbps) to Vodafone worst decision I’ve ever made, if it works I get around 7-9mbps

Used them for more than 2 years and no issues, noticed that it slows down after 12 months. Did a full reset of router and got full speeds back again.

Heat.
Was ok for 12 months then went downhill for last 6 months. Switched back to BT with no probs-and cheaper.

Have you tried a full reset of router. Noticed it's the router that is culprit.

To get £19 you have to be a business customer
I’m an existing customer for their mobile and broadband. Anyone managed to get one of these when renewing
Echo only available to new customers
They were giving out £100 Amazon vouchers 2 weeks ago. I signed up and should get that in a month or 2. I understand this is £140 on Amazon but I'd rather the voucher. Cool deal though.

Do not switch to Vodafone broadband whatever you do. I never listened to the warnings and switched and have never regretted it so much. Constant line drops and slow speeds at peak times. Complaints going nowhere, false promises of discounts to offset the poor service. You have been warned.

Every review of talktalk was terrible. I switched anyway and didn't have a single issue. All providers all their bad reviews.

I suppose its all line specific. But I have been with BT, Sky, Talk Talk, EE, Plusnet and now Voda. Never any issues with the line speed until now.

I suppose all of them will look good until the line develops a fault. It's the customer service normally that's terrible with these firms.

Frontline customer service is pretty much awful with most of them as they don't have the power to make any decisions. "let me ask my manager"

Had vodafone fibre for over two years now, never had a problem. Ps4 and tablets all being used at the same time etc.

Haven't had one problem in over two year's running multiple devices at the same time as well.
How do you get the free echo? Not showing for me
Had pretty poor experience with vodafone. Promised speed minimum 28MBPS.
Usually getting speed between 1-8, if lucky 12-13. Multiple phone calls- no result.Wont even let me leave as ethernet connected one off speed shown at 28. Wasted hours of my time. I will not go back to them ever. last month on contract now.
Is there a cap on usage per month?

Perfect for me in London
I left Vodafone about 3 months,I was with them for 18months. Speed was OK if it was hardwired, wireless was terrible.. Couldn't wait to ditch them
I had to end being with Vodafone Broadband within 2 weeks of my contract as it was horrendous, no signal upstairs... I don't live in the tower of London, and hardly any speed when I was sat next to it. Went to Virgin and not had a problem since.
