Alternatively you can tell Vodafone about the £75 Amazon vouchers you can get and they will offer to put the £75 as bill credit instead.

Have you done this? I had just ordered broadband from Vodafone when this deal (or a different one with the £75 amazon voucher) was posted last week. I contacted Vodafone to enquire about the offer and they told me I would have to cancel my order and reorder my broadband if I wanted to get the £75 voucher which I did. There was no offer of £75 credit to my account or anything like that.

Ive not done this one no but have participated in a BT one via the same link before and received a MasterCard in the post. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Yep I did it and they offered the £75 as bill credit instead.
If Amazon vouchers aint your thing:-
£85 Quidco for new broadband customers plus the £2 monthly discount for existing mobile customers.
Quidco was £100 a couple of weeks ago when I was looking at this.
£68 TCB for existing mobile customers.

I wonder why I was advised to cancel my order placed 36 hours earlier and reorder instead of being offered the credit on the bill. You would imagine Vodafone have a standard procedure for dealing with this type of query.
Anyhow, It wasn’t a big hassle to cancel and reorder and get the £75 voucher. I also got the £3/month discount for having a mobile contract with them so I got the high speed 2 broadband for £19.95 So I’m a happy camper

I’m with you. There’s a reason they provide cheap broadband - it’s awful. You’ll never get near any of their advertised speeds or guaranteed minimum speed. Been on a constant discount with them because they can’t provide the speeds they’re meant to be. Last couple of months and out of contract 👏👏

That won’t work, it’s one or the other so you’d sacrifice the £75 for £30
I had a nightmare with them as well, be aware the go live date is fixed when you sign up - even tho they offer a calendar for you to pick your date when you order, this is just for show. They pick the date and it cannot be changed. Calling them is like banging your head against a wall.
Been great for me. Same really as my previous BT and Sky ( 57mb) but much cheaper. Just make sure you get the new router which for me increased WIFI range and not had a single drop out.

Did you have to phone them or could you explain via live chat? Yesterday I switched over to Vodafone so just missed this deal. Hopefully they can credit my account £75 but does anyone know if this would potentially show up for TCB to be declined? Thanks

Yeah me too, good service from them and great WiFi renewed for another 18 months and got 15 % off

You get cashback from clicking through tcb to broadband choices then fill out your email to get the Amazon voucher. I have had confirmation of both
Please can someone tell me if this is a fixed price for the 24 month contract ?
Is this definitely 24 months? I do prefer 12 months if possible

I phoned them
I was tempted by this but I've instead renewed with BT for £23.99 for Fibre 2 (actually Fibre 1 but w given free upgrade last year to faster speed so that remains) so I thought better the devil you know. To be fair they have had to assist with several issues early contract but they did well and compensated me satisfactorily so I'm giving them my business again.
Internet speeds in this country make me laugh. Remote areas of Japan get gigabit speeds
Quidco is showing £120 cashback with this.. has anyone else seen this on their account?

You don't need to go that far. In Spain they have as usual speed connection of 600/600Mb in cities with real fibre.
I don't know why in England call it fibre if it's it adsl-vdsl.

What's worse is those speeds don't cost much either. England is a joke Pretty sure I read somewhere that 10Gbs in Japan was around £50 a month

I saw Quidco's offer first before I came here. That sound's better than the Amazon voucher, but it expires soon.

Hmm yes it does sound alot better. Do you know when it expires?

I rang to ask about the £75 credit too and was told they dont do this and gave me some story about how quite people have had theirs cancelled online or vouchers not arrive etc because it's been ordered via a third party websitr and better to order through customer service to prevent delays

We'll see. The £30 for Broadbandchoices has tracked and what I signed up for specifically mentioned the £75 Amazon voucher, I'm not sure how I could be offered a choice, anyway.

You should check out the piss poor reviews for Vodafone not paying out on cashback over at topcashback. I would think long and hard before purchasing based on getting it. I have ordered and am now thinking of cancelling due to this.

75% reviews are bad, I thinks its to bad to ignore personally.

I'm undecided.

If you’re a Vodafone customer does it add to your existing mobilebill? Inlaws are on VF so can I use their number to get discount or would it add on their account? Thanks x

I believe it's two days if you want it at 22.95 pm. Also as I was corrected by "cfaboy", it is £100 and not £120.
I'm not sure if I can post the Quidco link here.

Cashback is never guaranteed and nobody should be making contractual buying decisions based on potential cashback.
My original comment was advisory for anybody who might be considering signing up to Voda BB hence why I stated the, then, current potential cashback rates from the two usual suspects. It's easy to forget about claiming cashback.
As a user of both I would be opting for Quidco due to the higher potential cashback.
Fibre has only just become available in my area and I've been wanting it for years so I will be opting for an upgrade when my current ADSL contract expires. So, in my case, I'm going to pay a few quid more per month for a much faster product. I'd be an idiot not to at least attempt to claim the potential free money offered by the cashback companies: just as I would consider myself misguided to assume that cashback will most certainly be paid.
However, if I don't claim then I definitely will get nothing.

You can call it a bonus if you like, personally I call it a con.

They don't seem to be paying out on the voucher either:

search Google, top post...

"£100 Amazon reward voucher not received after join"
Why is this advertised as 12month contract but offer is only for 24month, am I missing something ?. Thank you !

Is this from Quidco?
My page is showing £100 cashback but I'd like to know if anyone has successfully got it tracked before I make an order.
