Seems like a good deal for 20GB uncapped data, unlimited texts and minutes - effective cost of £6 per month after cashback redemption. 5G Ready.

I've been with Vodafone for 6 months with my mobile, never had a problem. Granted, I was on Three previously and never had a problem their either. Reception is basically the same (haven't noticed any difference).

I then got Vodafone home broadband a couple of weeks ago. There were a few things that I needed clarifying before committing to it so used their online chat - which was helpful and everything sorted. I cant fault them really.

Just to add to this deal - I used Fonehouse for my Vodafone mobile deal. It was cashback by redemption which is fairly straight forward. I just set a reminder to fill in their claim form on the website (just have to download and attach the Vodafone bill). I get an email saying the claim has been accepted and then a couple of weeks later its paid direct in to my bank account.

This is a good deal.

Customer service? Yes.

Speeds? Depends on where you live.
Is this the plan that also includes 12 months Spotify?

Sorry, nope. Only Vodafone plans with "Entertainment" in their name do
Ordered thanks op!
Is it just me getting suspicious with all these Fonehouse ~70% cashback deals?

Either they've come up with a very very decent deal with Vodafone or they're massively banking on people not claiming their cashback.

Full disclosure - I am on a Fonehouse 'too good to be true' Red Entertainment deal from the Summer, and I have received my first cashback without a hitch. I'm just wondering about sustainability here.

My speed just now in Leicestershire LE19 on this exact sim

I was on 3 before and that was around 2Mbps

Barely a signal on EE and o2 I’ve not been with for a very good while, 8-9Mbps seems familiar.

I just hope 5g is better...
A general question if I'm already on a rolling contract with one operator.
1) I want to get another contract with the same operator through topcashback
2) Cancel my existing rolling contract
3) Keep the existing number

Is this possible? Can I just cancel existing one, order a new contract/sim, ask them for a PAC code and then send it back to them to apply onto the new contract?

How is this deal not hotter?! Cracking deal!!

Update: Order cancelled by Fonehouse twice with no explanation. Spoke to Vodafone who said it's nothing to do with credit check (my score is actually pretty good) but down to Fonehouse not processing the application in time.

cancel existing contract. will take 30 days. they’ll change it to payg. aim to have the new sim around a week before the 30 days are up. when your old sim is on payg simply call and ask for a pac code. then use that to transfer the old number to new contract. long winded but worth the savings imo.
