Got a call from Vodafone 4 days after requesting a PAC code. They offered me a S9 no upfront cost for £45 a month with 32gb data unlimited minutes and texts. I asked about the S9 plus which they said would be £52 a month with Spotify which I already had so saving me £9.99 on that. The cheapest I have seen a 30GB allowance SIM only is £20 a month on Three network ( which I'm not a big fan of a their service seem patchy around Birmingham). Which would cost me £480 over 2 years plus £240 over 2 years for Spotify adds upto £720. So the phone is costing me £540 which I think isn't too bad.

Please point me to deal where I can get the S9 plus with 30GB data allowance a month for less. Not being funny but would genuinely like to know. Im not here to discuss if the phone is any good or the provider for that matter just want a deal with an S9 plus with 30gb allowance.
It's not a bad deal for what it is but it's certainly nothing to scream and shout about.

A quick Google will show you that if you for example pay £183 up front, you can get 25GB on O2, which works out to about £80 less over 2 years.

And that's just off a quick Google!

Sorry pal

Pretty good deal voda direct if you have 15 % evp.
More power than anyone would ever use. No wonder the Chinese phone market is buoyant.
Thanks for sharing op
I was offered a decent price for the s9, £220 upfront and £25 a month for 16gb. Total cost over the term was £820.
That's £1,248 for 2 years. A terrible deal.
I hate Vodafone so much and cant wait to drop them.
I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the cold votes on this. This seems to be a good deal for you personally considering the Spotify and data allowance. It’s gone cold because it’s a lot to pay for an s9 plus as most people won’t take advantage of the other benefits. I haven’t voted either way but for you personally this seems decent
I ended up going for the S9 £40, no up front cost, 16gb data. S9 plus was an extra £8 with £29 up front on the 16gb plan. You need to go through the process of requesting your Pac code to get these deeper deals.
