customer service might have but it's still Shockley awful. it took me two months to get a refund from them. never again!!

Weren't interested in me until I told them I was moving to EE,PITA to get my contract cancelled, still ongoing from October, clowns

I'd be expecting an iphone 7 with those meagre data allowances

Terrible! Take out a Argos card buy no pay later over 12 months so handset yours. Don't do software updates as this slows
Down phone. And to to u switch and look at sim only plans! Works out so much cheaper plusnet currently doing 1500 mins unlimited texts and 4gb of 4g data who play off EE. This is always what I've done and works out so much cheaper! Never stuck in a contract either as plusnet offer 30
Day rolling agreements

could you please share the calc for how cheaper is your way.

I was happy with the deal I got from Vodafone, I prefer a smaller phone as it sits easier in your pocket as a bloke imho.
The deal I got was
iPhone se 64gb
10gb data
Unlimited texts and minutes
2gb euro, unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited mms
Spotify premium for 24 months
28.80 per month or £691.20

Phone cost £429
Spotify cost £240
Cost for services £22.20 over the 24 month period
I looked at buying the phone outright and paying for Spotify, but there's no way I could get a stand alone deal on a sim with all that for what is basically 92p a month.
So this deal worked for me, appreciate it's not for e everyone and not everyone likes Vodafone.

I bought mine from Argos 64gb space grey and put my £10 u mins and texts and 4gb of data in mine!!! Get a Argos card 12 months to pay 300 already paid!

I will use my extra 6gb to stream my Spotify

Just be careful if u do ever leave them as they carried on taking my direct debit (this is after ofcom fined them and Vodafone told the media that they have now sorted the issue).

Can you just tell me a bit more about this please ? Is it 28.80 a month ? Did you pay for the handset cost ? How did you get this deal?
