Called today to cancel my Vodafone contract. I was offered a sim only deal with 20gb data and unlimited calls/texts. Not a bad price!

20mb damn don't you think that's a bit excessive?
Might want to amend title to say 20gb before this goes as cold as a polar bear!

Haha oops!
Assuming you mean 20Gb not 20Mb? Even my gran would use 20Mb in the first day
Damn it! I give up
Look at the sim deals in hotukdeals. I picked the 3 deal £13 12Gb data plus unlimited minutes and text. Free streaming to Netflix and other selectionswhich doesn't count on your data allowance. £55 cash back from Quidco too. So around £8.50 per month. So far so good.
I moved from Vodafone.

Here's the link you need to get the £13 Three deal. You go through uswitch. That's the way you do it. Three give a temporary number and just request a PAC from your present provider. Then contact 3 and they will port your number. Good luck

Any good deal contract with Note 8?

I got an awesome note 8 deal last month £39 a month £70 upfront for unlimited minutes and texts and 32GB of data as well as 24 months of spotify
Based on 2 years contract 1030£..bit pricey..?..
Can top that just got the Note 8 in gold 60Gb nothing down and Spotify £41.76
took a good haggle mind
I phoned a couple of days ago, best they could offer was 16GB unlimited mins and text £19 a month with 3 months credit applied. (£14.25) Declined and waiting for EE sim deal in new year.
I got this deal for £13.30 with vodafone...they credited my account for the first 2 months and it worked out at the above for 12 months
I was offered the same for 16£
Oh its Vodafone...

If you use Vodafone mainly for TV streaming, you can get an uncapped video pass for £7 vodafone.co.uk/pass/
This includes Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, DisneyLife, My5, TV Player, UKTV Play and Vevo. (No iPlayer or Channel 4) yet, but this is coming. This would seems like a better bet than being capped at 20gb, because 60 minutes of streaming in HD is 630mb or about 30 hours. If you have a 20gb contract and stream more than one hour a day using your 4g connection, you won't have any allowance left over for other things.
I negotiated an 'unpublished' retention deal - £14,40 per month inc 8gb, unlimited mins/texts + 3 months free. 12 month SIM only. Cost, after 3 months free = equivalent to £10.80 per month. Keep pushing until they agree.
How do you get this deal?
I had a deal with mobiles.co.uk £12.50 per month, 12 month sim only (after cashback), 16gb data, unlimited data and mins.

Moved from 3, coudnt be happier, far better signal with Vodafone, very impressed!!
Hello everyone...I am considering moving to vodafone mainly because of the free sky sports app package but have read few members here mention about incorrect billing and overcharging and other bad stuff? how is the experience been in general?

I have been with O2 for 10 years and have to move as I dont get good signal where i live and EE and Vodafone show as best 2 service providers here.

Thanks for your reply. how is the data consumption pls? I was with virgin and EE and ended up using more data for same usage than O2. all on 4G sim.
If it helps anyone I just rang Vodafone retentions 20 mins ago as Pac code runs out in a few days and disappointed 3 / EE did not have any new sim deals for the New year, that surprised me so retentions told me the 16GB £19 deal with 3 months free with added entertainment pack is no longer available, was not too interested in this especially as Kodi 18 on Xbox one now, only 2 valid deals they have presently are Red extra sim deal 8 GB data, unlimited calls and text,2 months free at £14.40 (£12 after credit) or the 20GB deal at £16 a month with 3 months free (£12 after credit).Initially only offered 2 months free on the 20GB deal but negotiated a £50 credit so took the 20GB deal, happy with that as only have 1GB data at moment and paying more.
