Sorry I have a question. My brother is on red entertainment plan £37 per month. He called to Poland over the Christmas (around 2 Hours) Is he will get charge for international calls?

Yes he will be charged, the entertainment plan allows you to use your uk minutes and data when roaming abroad but it doesn’t let you make calls to international numbers for free

No additional charge to call Poland if you are on Red Entertainment plan.

He should have 500 mins each month to EU countries so should be no charge to call Poland (landline and mobile).Just check online account to confirm 500 mins EU calls listed under tariff on bill as mine is clearly listed.Just mind texts to Poland charged at international rates.I called irish mobiles over Christmas and no charge, if he is uneasy about it tell him to put a zero call charge block on his account so he can not run up any extra out of bundle charges. This can be done from his online vodafone account. No need to ring them up.

It changed a couple of months ago to include 500 EU calls each month from UK.Just remember some "red entertainment" plans not sold directly by vodafone may be missing some features like EU calls, apparently it is in their small print as they get special editions of the same plan. So personally i would only ever get Red entertainment plans directly from vodafone.
Can existing customers keep there number?.
If you're 29 or under, Voxi is a far better offer at 6GB for £10 plus unlimited calls, texts and social media data. Owned by Vodafone themselves, but marketed as a youth orientatetd network.
Is this for existing, or just new customers?

How do they get away with that? I thought roaming was meant to be free using your allowance on all networks. Is it the fact they block roaming altogether.

You can always shave a few years off your date of birth when signing up. No credit checks, so it doesn't matter if you tell a little fib.

Or just get it addressed to a son or daughter who's 29 or under, if you have any, and keep the SIM for yourself.

No kids? Use a pet's date of birth.

If, by "free streaming", you're referring to GoBinge, that's only for 12GB and above for new contracts.

I moved from 3 to Vodafone a year ago.

Much better network. There were so many places with no signal with 3.

New - or PAYG with them - so you have to switch from contract to PAYG then switch back after 30 days. Such a faff, and this is their advice not mine!
