Everyone has awful customer service, there’s no incentive to care when the competition don’t either.

Heat for the deal.
Bit naughty the OP not crediting MSE for this imo. Good deal all the same.

Nice if you don’t mind the extra money coming out each month. They have a 8gb l, unlimited text and calls for £10 month which seems decent if you need more data
£6.67 per month with 5 GB data... Seems good deal. Thank you @adamderak

Vodafone complaints handling is thousand times better than Virgin media ... In my own personal experience.
Who googled GGB?
Beware wegift who provide the amazon voucher. No response to my Vodafone home broadband claim. No phone number to call, just an email form. £75 down the drain. Suspect similar will here.
Beware you may be charged £1000 for using your phone abroad when you still have data. Never have trusted Vodafone after my first and last experience

Yeah pretty awful. Only thing that works to resolve issue I find is to just go into a Vodafone shop.

Ah thankfully people with sense, like me, put a spending cap using the vodafone app. Mine was set to £0 but they cheekily upped it to £10. Its since been dropped but those with the £1000+ charges, simply unfortunate.

Same here, I sign up, set spending limit, transfer my number - do this everytime I change contracts.
Okay deal if you can even get a decent signal in Birmingham. Poor, poor network.

Happened to me too on a different product. Good deal but definitely a risk that you might not get the £100 voucher. Very poor response from wegift.
You can get a 12 month Vodafone SIM with 20GB data for £6 a month effective cost from here: fonehouse.co.uk/bes…als

As long as you're happy doing cashback - it's in 5 stages but very quick and easy to do.

Same happened to me. I wrote them more ten times but no response. Do not trust wegift
How does this work out at £6.67 a month if it totals to £180? Correct me if I'm being stupid but you're essentially paying for the voucher too, albeit getting it a bit cheaper?

Existing customer - My contract is due to end shortly
Wondering if I can buy sim and then transfer number over once my existing contract finishes.
T&C "£100 Amazon.co.uk gift card for new connections on Vodafone’s 5GB Red SIM only plan viathe link in this offer only"

Also, do I need to Pac out and back in again...?

12mx£15=£180, minus £100 = 80 / 12 = £6.67

It's £6.67 IF you had something to buy on Amazon already or will do in future.

12 x £15 = £180. Less £100 = £80 divide by 12 = £6.67, QED.

Yes you are paying for the voucher but you do get to spend it at Amazon, so it's still your money. Then it means you've paid £80 for 12m a contract.

The downer here is the type of contract, don't think this includes the wider roaming places (only the 48)

How about £50 Quidco cashback on Skymobile 10GB @ £10pm - virtual network running on o2
If I ordered this last week can I contact them for the Amazon voucher
Good, but there is another one on HUKD with fonehouse that’s about 6£ a month with 20GB data unlimited minutes and text after cash back every 3 months. It’s also 5G enabled and not throttled : got it for the lad

Nobody is as bad as Vodafone. Honestly, I ignored comments like this in the past but I wish I'd listened. Never in my life have I experienced worse service. Deal sounds good but even if they paid me, I wouldn't go back with them.
I get what you both mean now actually, tempting
