Redemption is simple enough. Just set a reminder on your calendar for the cash backs. (They are spaced out over the year) I have claimed 2 so far on a contract with no issues. All they ask for is your Vodafone bill for the relevant month and order number.

That's great. Are they through cheques or via bank transfer?

Bank transfer normally, using direct debit details that you set up the contract with

That seems better than the mobile.co.uk. So I suppose they would store the details while we apply for the contract

Yes it does seem so. I have no issues with that as they can pay it direct. I have a employee discount that can be applied to Vodafone and I asked asked fonehouse if that would effect my cash back claim and they confirmed that it wouldn’t. Overall I must say it’s an excellent deal as long as you are happy to set a reminder to claim the cash back

@Sands0777 nice. Thanks
Shame it's Vodafone
Shame it’s fonehouse 😣
Would this work with a Vodafone Student discount to potentially get it for even lower after cashback?

Hi, but how did you apply the employee discount?

Thanks

That is done direct with Vodafone, I emailed fonehouse and asked before contacting Vodafone to apply the discount. If you are eligible for discount I would do the same. Also worth noting that my discount is 15% but there was a one off £10 charge “admin” I assume.
Has anyone got this as an upgrade? I'm at the end of my current Vodafone contract, and been looking at this one, but I can't see anywhere it saying it can be used to upgrade a current contract
