What you’ve been declined? Or you don’t understand them?
I am on a cashback plan with Mobiles Phone Direct and getting my £96 without any problem. The said deal went super hot at that time. Just last claim remaining now
Ive just finished a mobile.co.uk cashback which was easy but had to chase them a bit for the cheques to actually arrive
I have a contract for my daughter with Fonehouse and it is much easier as they pay the money directly in to your bank, got one with last year with 20gb date for £20 a month with £168 cash back so it is effectively costing me £6 a month.

Yes, same here. I have 2 cashback deals with them and recommended the missus and my parents take them out too. Cashback filed online (takes 2 minutes per claim, set Google Calendar auto-synced reminders) and paid by BACS, never needed to chase and with email automation. MPD's process is great and they are owned by AO Group now (who have great customer service). Cashback deals are well worth the effort.

I'm not entirely sure on your setup but any device with Google apps that you sign into will sync you calendar to it. So I get the reminders on all tablets, office PCs, phones, etc. basically no chance of missing the cashback period unless I'm actually trying to.
I'm on a Vodafone deal spotted on HUKD via Fonehouse and I've had the first 2 cashbacks transferred very promptly to my bank a/c by them (ie none of the 4-8 weeks of waiting for a cheque and having to remember to bank it!).
Just gotta diary getting a copy of one's Vodafone bill and uploading to Fonehouse's site every 2-3 months as per stated terms. Obviously the £ isn't guaranteed, but so far so good!

£5 goes from your bank each month?
I can’t believe, I failed a credit check for this sim only plan. I never failed one and my credit score and financial situation are perfect. Anyone with the same issue?
I received my SIM on Sat but i'm not getting any signal. Do I need to activate my SIM with Vodafone or fonehouse?

It’s as good as guaranteed if you do it properly and with a good company. The days of cowboys in the mid-2000s backed by Three shoving stupid deals on the unsuspecting public are long gone. Fonehouse, MPD and CPW derivatives (e2save, Mobiles, etc.) are pretty safe.

quote your order number at the fonehouse customer service, they sometimes can sort these things out. Worked for me with mobiles.co.uk once.
Can i still use this deal as an existing voda customer?

You'll have to end contract, port out, and port in to the new Vodafone deal.
Deal no longer valid as they reduced the cashback to £60 on the £15 p/m plan on 10gb plan
Thanks.good find
