seems getting cheaper now.
Why is it cold, is it other better deal please
I find it hilarious how they call 25mb-38mb "superfast"
18 month contract
I'm paying BT £14/month plus £19/month line rental and that's for the absolute slowest internet speed (at times it's like a 1990s dial-up connection!).

Has anyone had direct experience of Vodafone internet? Not fussed about speed per se, just want cheap internet that is reliable (so many of the cheap operators get horrific reviews and that's put me off moving away from BT).
I've had Vodafone Internet for about 8 months. Far more stable than plusnet, which I was on previously and better speeds. Would recommend.
Put my cancellation in with these guys yesterday. Longest 18 months of my life. Daily dropouts, godawful router (had to buy a different one to replace it) and other stability issues, definitely would not recommend.

If you want to read honest reviews go to the overclockers forum and go to the network section and find vodafone fibre thread.
I pay £20 for 38mb, which I get, but router has poor WiFi output. Rig a network with a different router as the WiFi output and you’ll get 35mb on WiFi then otherwise you will only get 8-10mb using the Vodafone router

I had the next package up from this in the flat i stayed in last year so when i moved back home. I told my mum how good vodafone ibternet is i never had it cut out or slow it was fantastic. Since moving my mum over its been a nightmare there is currently a 3 month fault on my internet so in conclusion id deffo say its a risk depending on where you live but its the same with most broadband.
Their last offer (about a month ago) was £20 a month on a 12 month contract.
I tried to sign up to Vodafone Fibre yesterday now that my Sky contract has run out.
I'm doing it through a comparison site to get the 76meg package at £26.

I add to basket, go to register as a new customer and I'm told my email is already registered. This reminds me I was a mobile customer many moons ago. I don't even have the same phone number any more.

It tells me a code has been sent my text. Well, that's no good to me. I can't access my old account and can't set up a new account (with my current email address)

I go on live chat. Tell the first person my problems. They pass me to another person. They pass me to another person. They pass me to another person.

Not one of them could tell me how to access my account. The last one tried their best to get me to sign up over chat. What's the point in me doing that if I'm not going to be able to access my account?

Plus I want to do it online so that I can get the fibre cheaper because, as the agent said, I can't get it for £26 unless I do it online via the comparison site.

I had the same problem signing up. Used a different username. Not an email address then on the 2nd page you can put your already registered email address and they will email you a new password.
Stay well clear of this crowd. By far thee worst "fibre" broadband ive had. Router is junk, utterly useless. And speeds no where near 38mb. Every evening after 5pm until 11pm, i get 5mb if im lucky. Do ur research folks, read the vodafone forum, im far from alone with these issues.

Thanks for that but I'm thinking if 4 agents in live chat didn't know that, how reliable will they actually be should I need help in the future?

Think I'll go with Plusnet.
If you get slow speeds don't Vodafone refund part of the monthly fee? I thought they guaranteed a minimum speed.
I have to say there are enough reviews of Vodafone to make me steer clear. Never taken broadband with them, I don't think I will be any time soon.. Same goes for EE, been put right off with their tactics.

Have they got a new router because a lot of the complaints seem to be about it.

That's how they get you... believe me. Mine was fine for the first month. Now second month and I struggle for 2mb between 5pm to 12am during peak times.
My friend has the exact same issue. Look at their forums and a huge number of customers report the same.
I'm paying for 38mb and only get 2mb and latency of 150+. I can't game in the evenings. This is breaching contract and minimum guaranteed speeds.
I'm gathering evidence of all my chats with their CS team to cancel without a penalty. They say they're 'fixing' it every time you complain. Message me in a months time if you are still get quick speeds
