You do realise your broadband comes down those phone lines, don't you? Line rental is for the upkeep and upgrading of the BT network, not that they're always any good at that mind.

I've got the 76mbps package and I have to say, it's awesome. We moved away from Virgin, purely based on price and haven't noticed a single bit of difference between Virgin 100mbps speed and our one. Vodafone seem to be the only guys guaranteeing you a MINIMUM speed, so if you're on Sky or Virgin and paying for 50-100mb speeds and only getting 2mbps, you're stuck.

We haven't had any drops in connection either since we signed up in May of this year, so overall I can't really rate it highly enough.

People who don't live in a virgin cable area?

Ordered a week ago only just been connected due to issues with Vodafone being pants. Spoke to the chat as only went live today and apparently im not eligible for the gift cancelling and reodering

what about the line rental to BT? you would still need to pay for that.

Feels like a false economy as unless you get rid of your land line all together you will still need to pay line rental.... as there is no line rental this should really be sub £20pm from companies.... Currently get Sky Fibre unlimited (37mb) for £30 including line rental, and the rental is £18 or so pm....

Nope included in the price

Annoyingly tempted by this. £30/m for 76mb BB with no line rental seems an okay deal. Anyone know how good they are if moving house half way through contract? (I know it will depend on BB where I'm moving too but some providers are a real arse about moving whilst in contract)

Any cashback with this deal?

£50 with Quidco or £50.50 with TCB

Yep, £50.50 with TCB

where can you find the full terms and conditions for the free gift? I can't seem to find it.#

Is the supplied router any good? The smart hub I have off BT is shocking.

Similar position so would be good to know.

If it was a 12 month contract I'd jump, 18 months is just too long (I thought they'd been banned?, obviously not).

Getting about full speed on the 76mb package.
Voda is the fastest fibre in the area / where sky isn't available (otherwise would have got the 200mb).
Worth recommending imo / their router has a pretty smart Voda app / UI.

no mention of the T and C so be careful as I don't like the different levels of offer..i'm tempted but need to see all deal. What's the discount for current Vodafone customers?

Very tempted! Has anyone else gone for this?

How does the £100 bill credit work? Is it only if you are in contract with another provider?

Sky will be available its just their online search doesnt work. If fiber is available in the area then it will be there. Are you not confusing it with Virgin?

What's shocking about it? Mine works extremely well; I just wish you could configure a guest network.

Yes I meant Virgin media not being available here will insist the next place I live at will have Virgin media.

Read some differing reviews saying speeds inconsistent and router locked down. Either way its worth some ammo when I cancel my Sky again at end of contract

Vodafone one doesnt have a line rental ..

Just been on to the retention team and as I have an order in and it’s not yet connected, I can claim the freebie... hope it helps others

I think that's his point? There's no line rental, so it should be much cheaper

I just looked and it covers "up to £100" to cover costs relating to an early termination of another contract. So not a £100 credit for simply switching.

Sorry this includes line rental.. you do not have to pay line rental separately ..so its 25 a month and that's it.

So whats the betting that by the time you come to claim, the Sonos will be 'unavailable' or ' out of stock' or some other excuse??

U can not claim both the 100 credit and the gift

No, line rental is included in the £25.

Ordered Vodafone broadband 2 weeks ago. Had to cancel and reorder for free gift. Took ages on the phone but worth it for the gift.

Thanks OP, been saving some spare cash to buy a wireless speaker so very happy with this!

Good find, decent price for 76mb, amd nice £50 quidco and Sonos sweetner for the deal, bt wanted £50pm after my into deal ended and offered no good renew deals. Router in 1 day, cut over later this month, thanks!

Remember you CANNOT take both the £100 termination fee credit and free gift offer. You CAN take either £100 termination OR free gift with topcashback or quidco.

Sorely tempted by this. Can get 76 for what I'm paying sky for 40... plus a free sonos.. Never had any issues with sky. Do I move?

Andrews & Arnold offer that but it's not worth the price.

Leaving Vodafone broadband early,(still in contract) due to constant disconnections, was fine for 9 months but support is woeful.
