Honestly I don't know. I suppose is for at least one device,regardless of which type. You should ask Fonehouse or someone else in other threads who might know exactly the answer to your question.

I have Now-TV through this and use the app on the TV etc. no problem. So it's the full thing. Not sure on Amazon but guess it would be the same.

Awesome with very rewards too amazing
If it’s anything like metrofone, claiming the cashback is so complicated it’s almost impossible to do. Guy in o2 warned me about it, but I didn’t listen (I should have)
£2pm cheaper than mine. Heat.

I took out this deal from Fonehouse:

hotukdeals.com/dea…198

and just claimed my first cashback - it was very simple to do, and was paid within a few days of submitting the claim. OK, they dont go out of their way to remind you when to claim, but if you set yourself reminders on the months that cashback is due, it's straightforward.

The first one is fine, it’s all the ones after that. If you search on HUKD or Google Reviews you’ll see what I mean. Many many many others struggle to get their cash back. I think (like I was warned) they do make it complicated / and hard to contact them on purpose to avoid paying out. Technically they could make it A LOT easier and more automated IF they actually wanted to. There’s a reason they don’t.

Thanks for the feedback, just left three and looking for a good deal...I'm easily frustrated with these sort of practices, so I'll avoid them..

I claimed 4 times already (every 3 months). The only issue was 2 weeks waiting for last cashback. Used to be 3-4 days. It's so easy. Did you pay your bills on time?

This is the simplest cashback I've done. Upload bill and they send it straight to your account a few days later. Have claimed 4 times

Like I say don’t take my word for it, im just sharing my experience (and like I say, I was warned myself prior to doing it - but ignored the advice) search HUKD and google reviews and make your own mind up. You’ll find stuff like this...

It's quite clear the price they advertise and the cashback process.
Obviously it's up to you to remember, they're not going to remind or make it easier.
They're hoping you forget so they gain that cashback.
I guess I must just be in the unlucky pot I ordered 2x phones for family members (I’m paying the bills for them). Phone 1 first cashback came through (after chasing customer services) but as yet future ones haven’t. Phone 2 no cash back through, still chasing both - but I haven’t got time to wait on hold for 30-40 mins a time waiting to get through. Feels like a complex / stalling tactic so that eventually you give up or fall outside the 60 day claim window each time. I agree 100% with you that they’re hoping you forget / give up. I think that’s fine if you treat the cashback as a bonus, but I certainly wouldn’t bank on it or treat it as a given that you’ll get it.

Just about to leave 3 myself - clowns in the "retention" team - just sent this email to their head office;

Hi,

I've just rang to cancel my contract, firstly I didn't notice that you'd increase the cost of my tariff, plus the fact that you offer new customers a much better deal than long term, current, loyal customers.

It's insulting to hear the rubbish your retentions team come out with!

"Because you are a very special customer and have been with us for a long time I'll offer you a special deal (words to that effect - if not verbatim)..."
Then they offer you the exact same offer that is available to anyone! - Do you take your customers for fools???

I stated this to the team member and said that your 3rd party seller, mobilephonesdirect offer it for £17, I said that Three obviously don't think much of its "valued customers" at all.

He said to me "You are thinking wrong"!!! - then tried to deny he said it!

IF Three genuinely did many an attempt to keep my custom, I probably would have stayed, but when you are treated like this why would I? - You've become extremely complacent in the market.

I'll be going with this deal;

Vodafone *Unlimited 5G Data with Roaming in 77 Countries + Spotify/NowTV/Prime/Sky* £36/12mths £20/m After Cashback at Mobiles.co.uk - hotukdeals

Vodafone *Unlimited 5G Data with Roaming in 77 Countries + Spotify/NowTV...This is the best sim only deal I have ever seen. All you have to do is remember to redeem the cashback through m...

Which is significantly better than anything Three has to offer!

Sounds exactly like Mobilephonesdirect (who I never had any problem with). I'll be going with this deal.
Anyone else a little worried that Fonehouse is owned by a company only trading for 2 years?
Yeah I was. Rolled the dice anyway
£25 through topcashback as well.
I think I gonna expire this deal. Too many complaining or worrying about the company. Better for people going to the more trusted ones,if this Fonehouse seems too risky.
