Vodafone have smashed their record sim-only, 30 day, contract deal from last month. This time around they are giving you Unlimited texts* (fair usage of 3000) and 600 x-net minutes for only £20 per month on a 30 day, sim only, rolling contract. Only 30 days notice to give as well!!

Offer ends 31/07/2008

Offer listed in the metro newspaper on Monday July 7th 2008, page 30.
It says click vodafone.co.uk/press (but no mention of the deal)

AVAILABLE INSTORE!!!

I went into the vodafone store, and as my 30 day contact had not succeeded it's 14 day le-way period, I just asked to be transferred onto the better deal.

Make sure you quote deal in the metro newspaper

It is 600 minutes, please do not be mistaken for the 500 minutes stated online. Go into the store and quote metro deal 600 x-net mins/unlimited texts*

But you can't argue the case that no other network can touch such a deal. T-mobile might be able to do, but beware the hidden charges.

Vodafone also threw into the deal vodafone passport. It says by having this service, when you call the uk from many destinations abroad, it will cost you a flat rate of 75p and the minutes then get taken off your contracted balance. So ideally an hour conversation could cost only 75p!! (- 60 minutes from your bundle).

You can't argue this is a hot deal!

Its a good deal for those not wanting to be tied in to a contract.

Quidco is never guaranteed anyway:thumbsup:

Don't say that though as itll be cold before you know it. Some people will always argue its not a hot deal:p

but its likely. cold for me. the lure of £90 quidco means more to me than the extra few mins.

This is a sim-only 30day contract, no tie-ins. You can cancel after 30 days, but why would you want to? This is a fantastic deal!

He's right. Think of someone on pay as you go getting near this:roll:

I was originally a Virgin Media customer on one of the Virgin Media tariffs of 300texts/300mins deal @ £10 per month (sim only), and even they couldn't match Vodafone. I've been with Virgin a long time, but had to part because the offer was too good to miss out on.

No No No....as I said in the advert, please ignore the online deal,

In the paper, the advert says you get 600 minutes!!

I got this deal in store 600mins/unlimited texts*

ah yes, I see
so the choice is extra 100 mins / month or £90 quidco?
I'll give the quidco route a try. haven't done that with vodafone yet
btw, any idea how much unlimited data costs to add to this? do vodafone even do unlimited data like t-mob who I have a sim only deal with at the mo with 3gb fair use

You can add unlimited internet browzing for £5 per month, but fair usage policy applies of 500mb

Couldn't vote hot as I have had terrible problems with their customer services department and wouldn't wish Vodafone on anyone! Sorry :-(

This is fantastic for a 30 day contract. voted HOT!!! :-D

Went for the earlier deal with vodafone but voted cold because vodafone are the absolute worst company i've ever had to deal with. Won't go into it here but avoid if you can.

Just ordered this deal it's red HOT and Quidco even mention on their site that Voda sim only deals qualify for the £90 cashback on condition that you stay with them for 4 months.

Also grabbed a free Bluetooth headset by entering voucher code vodablue1.

its a good deal. shame in store only otherwise quidco is very good for this
