Can't record in MP3 format ... Only WAV.
Can't record to external SD card.
Usefulness is outweighed by it's shortcomings.
It's free though... Not voting

Free alternatives are way better and there is nothing pro about it.

Interestingly this is the first recorder app I've come across that doesn't show it is recording , by way of a a notification on the lock screen or main screen when unlocked.

Does anyone know of an App for note taking that converts your speech to text ?

I would like to be able to say something for a ToDo or shopping list and have it converted to text and put in the ToDo list,

its much easier , faster and when you are driving probably safer than trying to write a note with pen and paper

Only thing that popped to mind was Amazon Alexa .. maybe Google on the phone would listen and do the same perhaps.

We just use Google Assistant (we have Google Pixel phones and Google Home devices, though). It can save notes in Gmail/Google Keep. We've also set up some tasks on IFTTT that saves notes in specific Google Drive Spreadsheets.

The Google assistant app is available from the Play Store for a lot of phones now.

I've tried this one, and it's not very good. A much better one that i used quite a lot is Easy Voice Recorder. The pro version is worthwhile, as it adds Cloud sync to Dropbox/Google Drive. I'd been using it for ages and then noticed it on sale for 10p though, so i didn't pay the current price.

This app adds cloud sync to Dropbox too, its a great app
Used it quite a few times now and no problems at all
