This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Volvo S60 Saloon 2.0 T5 R DESIGN Plus 4dr Auto on a 2 year lease (also option of 18 months), in stock with metallic paint and 8k miles pa available at Volvo via leasing.com. 1+23 deal works out at £6932.40 total or £288.85 net per month (18.4% of £37.7k P11D value) with no upfront cost and no admin fee . If you wanted a shorter duration, 18 month option available for a total of £5285.88. Gets good reviews - review from carbuyer. I did a test quote earlier to confirm the deal and messaged back stating they were clearing stock.

Estimated residual value is £18.4k after 2 years so leasing looks a good option e.g. the cheapest price for buying new that I can see is £27.3k at Nationwidecars so factoring in depreciation you would be better off £2.1k leasing versus buying new. Spec includes metallic paint (Bright Silver, Osmium Grey, Onyx Black, Savile Grey, Birch Light, Fusion Red), 18" 5 double spoke black alloy wheels, Contour sports seats with nappa leather/textile upholstery ,12.3" Active TFT crystal driver's information display, Heated front seats. See tech specs on the page for full info

  • 1+23 option - 2 year lease with 8k miles p/a £6932.60 (18.4% of £37.7K P11D value)
  • 1+17 option - 18 month lease with 8k miles p/a £5285.98

Very nice! Prices will likely drop though?

Very difficult to predict. Demand likely to be down, but also supply will be constrained.
I like to keep cars for 6-7 years so leasing isn't for me, but if you like to change every couple of years, it's a great way to de-risk any impact on residual values from the ongoing economic effects of the pandemic
Paying £40 per month more than this for mine and still happy with it (even though I cant drive it right now) this is a fab price
Excellent price. Very tempted to pull the trigger . Trying to hold back for an auto bmw or Audi

Waiting for prices to drop on the XC40 then I'm all over that shiiiiiz

You don't have to, you can go direct to the dealer/agent/leasing company and mention leasing.com

I used the quote system but they messaged back within 10 minutes, so hopefully should get a quick response
wait, 9+23 option is cheaper? £215.29 Inc. VAT x 32 = 6889.28 ? Same 8k, 24 months.

Often can be, but not everyone wants the big up front payment.

yes some of the upfront deals are marginally cheaper, if you prefer
cool, my point is, you will have to pay the full amount even if you are dropping out in the middle of your lease term

Really attempting here.
can anyone tell me if I need winterpack or not .... for 200 extra.

If you drop out in the middle of the lease you will pay a percentage (up to 100%) of what the agreement was. It all depends on the lease company.
e.g. my last lease through VWFS wanted 50% of what was outstanding at any given point.

i just found that heated seats were standard (i thought for some reason they weren't seeing as Winter pack was offering them) so I've decided against it.
Good deal considering 69 plate ones on Auto trader can be had for £25k. That's a £12k depreciation in less than a year so makes sense to lease and keep your money in the bank compared to spending the £37k list price.

Good deal! Its normally £500 a year just on road tax which is included in the price.
Great deal and i got s90 for similar price last year. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t spend no money on electronics and automobiles due to this pandemic (this is my personal opinion and ofc, people will spend as needed).

P11D value is £37,700 so Road tax should only be about £150 a year shouldn’t it.

Looks like heated seats are as standard on the r-design S60. They definitely were on S90 r-design too.
Flipping neck. This is superb deal. I would have bought it if I was in market.
Yep, diving in
Wow! Seems decent price! Looks amazing too! But it’s auto
£9.52 per day inclusive of road tax (road tax I guess would average out at around £1 a day so around £8.52 a day for the car) ... Not bad at all

These are stock cars otherwise I would have had a go......don't need until Oct.
I took this deal when it was posted a few months back, going well so far. I wouldn't be too worried about the extra miles, think it came to 8p for myself. Definitely pick the red colour if you can, it sold out before I could get it! Worth checking if it's got the semi autonomous cruise control, works perfectly if you're stuck in traffic all day long.

got reply saying red should not be a problem, which my wife happen to like it (of course the car is for me, but Mrs will always pick the colors :S)

Sort of get why however, having owned all 3 badges, the Volvo is by far the comfiest ride if without the agility etc. If you're not into tearing up the streets and want happy passengers, this is fantastic.
The Audis and BMW's want to be driven hard - this is more of a 'I'll really go if you want me to however, take it easy and I'll reward you.' type of car.

Nope , First year car tax would be £530 on this I believe subsequent years would be based on the emissions (so maybe £150/£200 a year thereafter) , probably around £700 in car tax included in this deal !!
If the car had P11D value over £40k it'd be years 2-7 that the extra £310 or whatever it is is paid as a premium on top of the standard tax due each year based on emissions.
Edited by: "rooney10" 6th May
I’ve got one of these at the moment on a ‘69’ plate. After running a BMW 330d followed by a 640d I expected it to be lacking but it’s excellent. Really good looking car in the right colour and at that price it’s a bargain.

A bit less clear cut when you see what you can actually buy it for though...

that first year shocked me, I thought that had to be the envy tax but no it’s not.

Great deal, expect more of these since Volvo was bought by Zhejiang Geely (Chinese manufacturer) they are running out the stock as the policy is to only build electric vehicles in the future, brilliant car and great spec for a lease deal
Made in China?

My variation is - if you look at sales figures and the fact that the sales to *businesses* have colloposed (plus hire companies like Hertz are about to go under) - it's likely ever so slightly too early and I would expect the deals to get even better in the next few weeks if people can wait.
Amazing cars I picked up an Inscription Plus version last year on an 18 month lease with Santander. Just sad I cant drive it atm
