How does this compare with the one that is available in Aldi from tomorrow and the one from Lidl? Does anyone know?
Pretty sure Lidl and aldi will have a great 3 year no quibble warranty and if vonhaus trimmer is like their drill I would definitely go with aldi Lidl.
Been looking for one as hedge in my garden is out of control, bought a long pole 18v one which was hopeless, 750w motor and 24mm thickness should be good
Don't be suckered in by those 3 year warranties - some of the stuff is still rubbish , cheap, tat.

This one is not cordless but it has a longer cutting blade and is a lot more powerful.
Good luck with trying to register for the extended 2 year warranty online. Bought one of these from Amazon a week ago and the warranty registration webpage doesn't recognise the product number. Because the number is a required field, it won't let you register the product.

Don't go for cordless unless you have a really tiny bush. They are useless at taking off anything more than the leaves!

I currently have a cordless and am looking for a corded one as the cordless one doesn't have enough power
