Do you use oil and how does the burgers cook, does it taste like grilled burgers or deep fried burgers
It does go rusty if not looked after. I don't use it for burgers but as a warm plate to the side of a coal bbq. It's very heavy
As it has ridged edges it’s not suitable for induction hobs
Thanks for this, been looking for a price like this for ages.
You should add it's free delivery, non prime aswell

Is it 100% cast iron?
Yes
Great price. Ordered mine. Can’t wait for steak night!
Don't buy their sandwich toaster or food mixer. Von Crap!
Check the bad reviews. Looks like half your food will be left stuck to this

or just half the people that review it dont have the good god damn sense, to use things as cooking oils, or cooking sprays,

well it claims not stick, doesnt mean you dont have to take care of them to keep them not stick
no chance you’ll be able to use this on an induction, in case youre thinking of it
I'm in... but does the "non stick coating" mean it won't need seasoning ?
Thanks OP. Ordered.
Thanks OP!

Why's that?

I’m not convinced the grade would be good enough. Would most likely heat up very unevenly, if at all.

I also doubt you’d be able to get it as hot as you’d need to without the hob wanting to cut out.
If it's like mine it'll be pre seasoned cast iron. These are perfect for doing smash burgers. Bear in mind that using cast iron for cooking is entirely different to using a Tefal non-stick saucepan. You have to give it TLC, don't overclean it and don't allow water to sit on it for too long or it'll rust. You can also stick this on a BBQ. Mine is still going strong after a few years.

Then why would you buy it then, to sleep on it
Had one for a year or so, use the ridged side for burgers, steak or anything you want griddled, my wife and uses the flat side for pancakes for the kids breakfast on weekend mornings.

It's proper cast iron, so learn how to season it & it'll last practically a lifetime.

Pfft, our smoke alarm goes off if I fart, so I can only drool over that picture...
Anyone got something like this for an induction hob?
Looks like only aluminium ones are left now at £20.
What is the code to get it at £9.74?

Same.. Low ceiling basement kitchen.. which is hell. Have to open doors & windows to try to fry a steak properly.. alarm goes off constantly.
Aww man just missed out on this. Any alternatives for a similar price?

If you season Cast Iron properly and take care of it then it'll be way better "non-stick" than any of the crap companies like Tefal put out.

It'll outlive you as well, hand it down to your grandkids.
