I’ve tried downloading movies etc but the needle isn’t moving, so possibly worth taking out the £10 plan first and seeing what happens. You can always change or cancel it after 30 days if necessary.

VOXI unofficially offering unlimited data and have been for ages on the £10 pm plan.

If Ur unlucky it will move
I've got two Voxi SIMS and they both correctly change the data used as I'm using them. Must be just mine that work

Voxi has been on unlimited data for a couple of years now, not worth getting any higher plan, buy the £10 plan, use all the data used 5gb this month hasn’t gone down at all

I don’t think anyone uses that much in a month, but I’ve been with them for over 2 years and it’s not gone down a bit, they even said it in a text, everyone has unlimited data until they fix their “technical problem”

Temporarily... Relative word..

we have two sims on voxi at home and they've both been on the 8GB for £10 plan for over a year and are really unlimited, amount of data used does not go down from 8GB when you login to the voxi website. Last month, I did close to 10GB and it still said 8 of 8GB on both.

It's been temporarily .. for a while now. For us now 8 months, and if it stops we'll just switch or maybe even stay since we dont even use 8GB most (normal, non-lockdown) months.
Good deal if you can get a signal i tried last week thinking where i live the signal would be better than about 5yrs ago but no differents still can't connect tried changing the setting in the network bit but nothing.
to be honest i was gutted.
How do you cancel?
I presume these don't have to be activated immediately will test it out and see if indeed the counter doesn't go down using my wireless broadband will be interesting to see.

Looks like they've fixed it for the new accounts then

Looks like it, also there is no way of deleting your credit card /debit card info from your account. Even adding new card details, older details still stays on account.I had to go through chat and a total of 45 mins later they deleted my card info.Did not like the idea of my card info sitting on their servers as i am only using them for a month.Obviously not an issue if you plan on sticking with VOXI.

Not sure if you linked me there in error but i am not too bothered about the lack of unlimited data as i did not sign up for it, 45 GB was more than enough.. and i only plan to use voxi for another 2 weeks.
dave.richardsonskV24/05/2020 15:37

I bought them on eBay and registered them when I received them about 2 weeks ago

I have a mix of tethering and direct usage but both are being counted

Any idea if I can downgrade after a month to the tenner a month service?
