Why not give everybody a break and stop posting Pixmania? You know why!

does this work wiv iphone?

tbh I just sent one of those back to ebuyer as it was broken. but instead of it being replaced I will save £40 and get it from pix..... so heat and thanks

Now £135.97 for a short period. Looks too good to be true!

Are VTX cards good? Slightly worried about noise, had no experience of this brand.

I don't like the way this card is marketed/named, it's clearly named this way to make you believe you are ordering a 280x, not a 280 which it actually is.

I have a VTX3D 7970, great card, well made

No, it's not. VTX3D have been using the X-Edition branding since long before the R-Series cards were a twinkle in AMD's eye. I have a 7850 X-Edition from them that I bought to replace a dead 4870. Never had any issues with it.

I don't know why you don't say that on John Lewis deals too, as that has worse reviews. Just be aware of your rights and the returns process before you buy...

Just Wondering

Thanks mate - I'll give it a go

You work for Pixmania delusion. That is plain to see.

I think had that naming scheme before the 280x and the other R9 ...x card were made to be fair.

What? Where did you get that from? John Lewis has great customer service and returns from my personal experience, one of the best and seems many others on this site would agree hence why people would rather buy from JL as they also offer longer gaurentee compared to the rest.

I just went by trust pilot but it seems there are 2 entries for John Lewis on a second look:

trustpilot.co.uk/rev…com
trustpilot.co.uk/rev….uk

Anyway a bit off topic maybe, I would buy from pixmania again, but would always recommend people read up on what they can do if there is a problem.

delusion, why don't you just admit that Pixmania are rubbish?

I admit it, based on the reviews it's quite clear. Though I've been fine with all my purchases, they deliver quickly using UPS so the risk is based on return of a faulty item. This isn't as common to receive as you are suggesting.

I'm just saying other retailers are also bad, and to look into any retailer they buy from. I think it's fair enough.

Anyway, mainly I just enjoy countering your comments on every pixmania deal
