Small pocket rocket with 0-60 claimed at 6.5 secs topping 140mph

It's a personal lease and in all cases theres a £300 processing fee
The deal quoted is for 10kpa
6 + 23 @ £184.70pm
6 + 35 @ £191.77pm

there's also 8k mile option at slightly less.

If you can get VW dealer to match and waive the processing fee then it seems like a good deal.

The best leases on here seem to be about £1000 p.a. I'm only just getting into them so no expert by the way. This is obviously a lot quicker than most of those, but overall similar size and spec. Is it really worth more than double the price?

1K per year? Wouldn't mind seeing that deal.
You can get this on a 1+23 lease for the same price as well!

The best leases are for the cars that someone wants, rather than just settling for a cheap set of wheels.

The A4, Passat and Golf R deals spring to mind, £25k+ cars at low monthly payments.

Of course if someone wants an Up! or C1 then that's fine too, you just can't compare those cars to a Polo GTI.

Which website ??
you can get this on a 1+23 15k for £249.

Would peeps please share the link when they come with the alternative suggestion, especially when it works out better value. I'm sure it would be appreciated by all. Thanks in advance.
It's the same link as above, just change the months and miles and click recalculate.

A car for £83 per month and no initial deposit or fees. I think you should take that deal.
£5,656.30 all in over two years for 10k miles is pretty poor. I'm looking at just 8k mile, so would be 5385.73. Have managed to gte a deal for a 208GTI prestige 208hp for £4708.48 over two years. £224 a month averaged over the two years vs £196 for the 208.
I know you aren't buying, so this doesn't mater as much, but I sure there's a new polo out next year, although maybe not the GTI straight away I guess. It's not a terrible deal, but seen better for the polo.

Have it exactly the same, £ 180.82 a month and £199 processing fee.
So £5442.78, not £5656.30. Still not great.

That deal was incredible compared to your and it still went cold! ha
From 'Technical Data' tab:-
"Maximum Speed (mph:236"
WOW! VW playing with figures again???
Seems a high price for this car. Previous deals have been over a grand cheaper than this.

I'd gladly pay £700 extra not to drive a Peugeot.
Not a great deal IMHO (usually a big lease fan!).
Not that great a deal, you can get this for around £2200 pa from the likes of Lightlease and NVS...
it's a very ugly car

208 GTI is fantastic, picked mine up Friday. Seriously recommended, not like any other Peugeot I've driven.

And a Skoda only gets to 60mph when going over a cliff right?
I suppose you could thrash there pants off this car, and not worry about any long term consequences like excessive engine, gearbox, brake port clutch wear?

Wouldn't know. I drive an Audi.

School teacher? Fair point though.

And I like to tap dance at the weekend. Thanks for that.

I'd rather tap dance places than drive a Peugeot too.

Just a petty it's a Vanity Wagon
I really like the concept of leasing, but this is a terrible deal. This car is £15500 via DTD. The cost of this 2 year lease is 36% of that price. And there are cheaper options if you shop around. Sorry!
Great little cars. Quite nippy.

We got a Gti Prestige in October on lease (£160 / month) and it is a nice motor. Gets even faster after a couple of months of thrashing it. Only thing I have issue with is the steering, there's no feel from it whatsoever so it's very difficult to judge grip and also the road noise is pretty terrible at anything over 50.
