Lease deal so you will not own the car, but cheap automatic 4x4 driving for 2 years. Actual deal is £203.77 (inc VAT) on a 2 year 6 + 23 deal with no admin fees at 8000 miles pa. Cars must be registered by the end of March and are supposed to be available in 3 to 4 weeks. You can no longer configure the 1.4 petrol auto on the VW website so I guess they are clearing old stock, only 39mpg combined which is not great. Apparently stock is moving fast - but they always say that!!
Called at my local Smith Knight Fay VW dealer last night and they couldn't get anywhere near the price. Similar deal available from Yes Lease with 1+23 profile if you don't want to put a big deposit down (£250 per month, £300 admin fee but have offered white paint FOC - normally £290 extra).
Deal includes road tax, breakdown cover and delivery

expensive for what it is and considering the recent deals there have been some much better car lease offers on here.

Big car for a 1.4, anyone driven one?
I've seen this on a few leasing websites. Just be careful as the pictures don't always represent the car. For example, I'm pretty sure it says 'R' on the grill so probably an R Line edition.

Will be a 150bhp TSI engine so be plenty powerful enough, no concerns about that.
I test drove this on Saturday and it was boring, I so wanted to like it. It wasn't the performance, it was the dull interior and poor seats. I don't think I could stick it.

Good deal so voted hot just thought the car pants.

It is a little dull, I'd rather have an Ateca or a Karoq, but their interiors are certianly no better.
I was looking at the Karoq but this is actually cheaper than the quotes I have for the 2WD one
After seeing this on the Stable lease website on Friday, I have been waiting for this to go live.
The manuals were available yesterday and the DSG's today.
.
I ordered one at my local dealers today but after seeing this deal I think I am overpaying a little.

I have found the online prices to be mostly inaccurate, when I ask for quotes, they generally come back higher than published.

Has anyone actually got a proper quote and signed up for it at the price in this deal?

I found the interiors of the tiguan and karoq best looking in thier class with a very premium feel. Are you guys after some crazy coloured citroen ds type interiors?

Just very dark/grey/black with some cheap plastics. They're fine - just typical VAG dullness.
You can have a beige interior if you like

Have you seen the interior of the Peugeot 3008? That's a beautiful interior. The VW is boring, even in the R Line, which I currently have. Would've preferred the 3008. But only saw it days before my delivery.

Agree. Wife and I looked at one after deciding the golf GTE was too small, but it just didn't wow us for the money, and as wife said, all VWs look the same. Couldn't afford a non poverty spec Q5 so went for an NX premier, it's lovely inside.
Isnt the NX £15,000 to £20,000 more than these?

The 3008 does have a nice dash but i cant help feel its a bit gimmicky/knock off evoque. The placement of the gearstick is high and buttons for heating etc annoying to use, good looking, but annoying.

I bought the car from yes lease on 1+23 @ £250 per month. There is a £300 admin fee but didn't charge the extra £290 for white paint. Overall a few quid more but at least they answered the phone and responded to emails quickly!

I didnt like the 3008, the buttons for the functions remind me of somthing I cant quite recall. Maybe like an organ or something. Very gimmicky. Plus the small steering wheel totally rules my wife out from driving it. Didnt feel comfortable to her at all.

Thanks
You are on a net monthly of £262.50 when you factor in the admin fee.
My net monthly is £275.32 (in white) but I got a set of rubber floor mats thrown if FOC which cost £77
That puts me on £272.11 (I would have bought that mats anyway).

You are £260.34 better off - I need to pay more attention to the brokers next time.

Not to bad of a deal.

just got the wife one (replacing her current Tiguan as due to go back in March) but a different model.

just for comparison we got:

£2k down
3 year lease
10k miles per year (7.2p per mile excess)
£204 per month inc vat

Where from mds
For anyone considering this we’ve just bought one brand new and absolutely love it. It’s lovely to drive, may not be the quickest but it’s nippy enough and accelerates well. Comfy ride and the tech you get with this model is excellent. Would highly recommend.
Great price for an auto deal, very rare
I’ve got one. Great car. Had it on contract hire for nearly 12 months now and tempted to buy it at the end of the term if the price is right. A lot of car for the money and very well specced - even though I pay less than that inc maintenance

Your Tiguan will be still fresh when the 3008 is rusting in the scrapyard 😜

I was looking at the r line DSG. By the time you spec it up with some toys like keyless, electric tailgate, heads up display, a decent stereo and leather, it's more a top range NX which comes with all that and more as standard

Yes, where from?
Have you driven one before? what's it like?
i Would consider swapping to the 2.0l manual at that price purely for the increase fuel efficiency. Haven’t seen a 2.0l that cheap. The 2.0l diesel is the engine to go for in this car really if you do any decent mileage.

No chance! Had a pug 307 previously for 6 years and it was still going strong. Bought it initially due to the engine size and economy, and it proved itself worthy despite all the bad press pugs still get. Everyone that I know who owns/has owned one is of the same opinion. Can't knock em till you try em
