First, fulsome credit to andreocean for posting the list hotukdeals.com/dea…992 - but here we are in clear & present danger of throwing the baby out with the dishwasher lol - the nature of lists being they're long & boring, no offence intended, and people don't see the bargain. So here we have the Utterly Buttery of the dishwasher tab world, it's Lidl's W5 which is just as good as any Platinum tab, in fact it is a Platinum tab just disguised.

All for 7.25p/ tab.

Beat that!

Let's get those glasses sparkling!

Here's a top tip: if your dishwasher has stopped functioning perfectly, in the sense that you can't use the dishwasher tab compartment any more because it won't shut now that your machine is getting on in life, DON'T throw your dishwasher tab in at the beginning and hope for the best. What happens is that it starts getting dissolved right away with the initial cold rinse and is not kept for proper detergent/ cleaning function in the hot cycle.

What you need to do is preferably set your dishwasher to the hottest cycle then also put your kitchen timer on to 20 minutes alarm. So after 20 minutes it will be on hot wash, now throw in the dishwasher tab & it will wash dishes good as when the machine was new.

Hey presto you've saved £300.

Or fix it.
Also a good deal tomorrow at Aldi....

90 packs of Tesco lemon were RTC at about £5.80 this morning ( About 6.4p/tab Twickenham Extra). May be the same elsewhere.
Lists can be long (especially with the mega-information I put on my own posts!!) but I have no problem reading through andreocean's Deals - I tend to keep the HUKD page open when I'm in Lidl - fair play for mentioning where you saw it first, though.

and its prob costing you £300.00 a year to run it at the hottest temp

really? as a poster I respect, pls show me the basic calculation based on average elec cost

I thought it would be more like 20p a go (ie £70 a year)

I use our dishwasher on hottest, daily and our total elec bill is about £600 pa
