ordered ta op

do you think someone shaved their hair down there and then the hair got stuck in the machine and they sent the machine back to get it repaired and then they repaired it and now they are selling it

good price. voted hot

Bought the lithium clippers a while back from this website and they are fab. Assuming the trimmers have the same performance i have voted hot as great price for great product.

Thanks op, and ordered. I can't see where it says Lithium though. Either way, £8 is a crazy price.

Can't see anywhere that says it's lithium. Anyone know the model number?

This one mentions lithium

Moderated my link, it should appear shortly, just look further down from the original link

Second hand (refurbished) ie someone has used it before

Giving them at £8 as they aren't worth more

My understanding is that they replace the cutters with new ones.
I bought some of their refurbished hair clippers a while back and this had been done.

thx. heat

Do you get the rest of the kit, or just the clippers?

Ordered

Thanks, ordered, heat added

I have these and they are rubbish, might have a bad 1 but wouldnt buy again

I bought one of these a while back for £27 and or was totally worth it and at £8 its a steal. I can honestly say I've been through a million clippers but these are the best I've ever had.

not the best built, but at trimming hair its great thanks to the battery which also lasts me 2 weeks and in that period I use 7 times each for about 10 mins.

I didn't read it back to my self and some parts don't make sense, I've just woken up but you get my point.

Same price as above but with 4 combs: Wahl Ebay Outlet

You'd only know once you buy it and turn it on; if there's a whiff then you're in trouble.

Second hand? Lets hope people don't get a lousy deal.

I've had these clippers now for two years, and they are great. The battery life in mine last a whilst on a fortnight holiday shaving every other day for say 10 minutes.

This is a very good deal, I may order another one now as a back up.

Rob

ps assuming this has the same battery as mine, the battery doesn't appear to be a poor memory battery, it doesn't loose charge whilst stood unused (longest was a week, I hate beards so this wont happen again) and last as long on a full charge as it done since new..

oh go on then, i'll give it a try - for £8.

PS does it come loose or in packaging? I presume its a white box? can anyone confirm?

Reluctantly gone for it.. the refurb part puts me off on something like this. But im hoping the blade was changed.

It looks like this one...

selfridges.com/en/…02/

and this one

amazon.co.uk/Wah…_pt

But they both seem to have more heads with it. Wonder which ones we get?

How do you trim Litium Ions?

Banned

8 quid or not I don't fancy massaging pubes and bumhairs into my face and contracting God knows what will from whatever its been rubbed against prior to being returned.

Refurbished shaver? Avoid!

Seem to be the same item but in different packaging. Perhaps one is the older style of packaging?

If these are customer returns then being a hygiene product the blades etc are likely to be replaced. I wonder whether they are factory seconds. Either been fixed or got damaged in the factory during production such as a minor scratch to the casing.

If you want peace of mind, buy some clippercide or similar spray for use on the blade. Isopropyl alcohol could probably be applied to the the handle.

Wahl is a major company and has been around for years.

Lots of people use vintage DE razors. If something has been cleaned and sterilised then it is really just a mind playing games with possibilities of how an item was potentially previously used.

I have also posted a deal on an ion clipper: hotukdeals.com/dea…701

Seems a good deal for £25. Yep you could get 3 of these trimmers and have change. However a clipper is likely to have a bigger motor and so will function better for haircuts. A corded clipper though is likely to be more powerful. The Wahl Super Taper is very good.

they would have to change the blades surely?

An average product. Good range of attachments, but doesn't trim brilliantly (pulls hairs occasionally) and the grip gets covered in hairs which do not fall/brush off easily. I bought this to replace a Remmington (way better trimmer btw) when the battery wouldn't hold charge. Speaking of battery life, that is the only plus to the Wahl.

Apparently the product gets hygienically cleaned; taken apart & serviced. Brand new blades get put on.

Ordered and despatched same day, sweet!

Is the Remington the BHT2000 or variant of? On my BHT200 which I have had for a few years the rubber dial has disintegrated. It is possible to by new blades for it for aroumd £8 on Amazon but then this deal is £8 for a new trimmer.

Perhaps the blades on your Wahl trimmer need lubricating? I haven't seen the manual so maybe they are not supposed to be lubricated.

still hot, ordered mine
