Just noticed that the Rabbit and Rice 15KG bag is half price compared to all other flavours at £20, plus delivery of £4.95. If you spend £29 though it's free delivery so worth getting a treat or two at the same time.

If you sign up for a subscription however (they send it out weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) you only pay for the first 4 out of 5 deliveries, with the 5th being free (averaging at £16 each over 5). So in effect instead of paying £200 for 5 at their normal price, you're paying £80 which is quite a significant saving - the price of the product is stated not to fluctuate during the subscription payments.

Their FAQ and T&Cs slightly contradict each other on delivery charges for subscription purchases. T&Cs state that it's free, while the FAQ states it's only free for over £29 purchases. After adding my £20 bag to the checkout however it did remove the delivery charge.

For a limited time they're also giving every customer new or old 15% off to celebrate the launch of their new website - valid until the 11th Feb. You just have to sign in if you already have an account, they reset your password (then you can change it back) and the 15% is applied automatically at checkout.

This has certainly saved me quite a bit so hopefully it's of help to some of you guys.

Don't forget 5.05% TCB too!

Thanks that's saved me a small fortune! :-)

cant get the 15% off at checkout? I have changed the password...

Gave up trying to get the 15% off, happy enough with the price I paid. I ordered 3 bags, plus some other bits to get to £75+ and then I used the £15 off code. Also Quidco of course. I should also get 10% cashback from Lloyds (debitcard offer) - if you bank with Lloyds it might be worth checking 'your offers' as you have to activate them (not done automatically).

Any news on this 15% saving?? I can't get it off my total bill??

Hi guys, not sure why you're not able to get the 15% taken off at the checkout stage. I received the news via their email newsletter:

"Update your password to automatically receive 15% discount off your next order on our new website. You must be logged in to petsathome.com to receive your discount. This discount can only be redeemed once per customer. Your basket will be automatically adjusted to reflect the discount at the checkout stage. All offers subject to availability. Pets at Home reserve the right to remove this offer at any time. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Offer excludes the purchase of pet insurance. 15% off code valid from 30.01.2014 until 11.02.2014 inclusive."

Silly question alert...
I always order the salmon one for my dogs, what's the difference in this flavour? (Other than the flavour)

I would imagine the ingredients that affect flavour are the only differences between the Adult Complete range of dry foods. But I couldn't say for sure.

Subscription is out of stock for the moment, but the item itself is still in stock. Just no longer able to deliver, looks like click and collect only now.

Thanks OP. Couldn't get the 15% off to work though.
However, £15 off if you spend £75 using this code KP6XM7TV, so I ordered 4 bags. I just hope my Lab likes it!

Also, heads up. It says not available at the moment for Subscription, but if you add bag one to your basket, and go to checkout, you can change it to subscription there, and it works.
