I did this last weekend on bbq rotisserie. Very nice. Cracking was spot on

Bought one of these a week ago. The crackling was horrible. Seems they have taken out all the fat between the meat and the skin and just wrapped the skin back round the meat.

Meat and stuffing was ok though.
Love this - even at full price I don't think its bad value

The crackling isn't going to be crackling without the fat to make it crackling in the first place.
Had at weekend lovely bit of meat. Best left to rest while crisping up crackling

Not true at all, I take the fat and skin off of pork and then remove all the fat and oven bake the skin to make the best crackling ever. Its the skin that makes crackling not all the gooey fat.
