Good for a tenner, not for £15

Try Tesco's instead. Poo quality, and no starter, but you do get a delightful artificial wine flavoured drink with ethanol.

Think the point people are making Is,It's not really different from their £10 meal deal. Rip off if you ask me at £15 !

M&s dine in is much better and a fiver cheaper

To save on prosecco get a soda stream and put some Fizz in a cheap white wine. Alternatively if you want to make your own champagne try putting a bottle of Albariño through a soda stream. Just an idea I've never tried it might work though

Does this mean that I will finally be able to realise my dream of sparkling Scotch?

Kosher deal, heat added.

At least most of the 'peps' (whatever the hell they are) who read my post bother to click on the link to see the list of what's available. Much easier than pedantic complaining.

Thanks!

"Desert"

For those interested in carbonating lots of "alternative" liquids...
cnet.com/uk/…am/

Seems there are a couple of key points:

1. The first time you try a particular liquid do it in a bathtub or outside, and clean the device immediately.

2. Use a carbonator that uses plastic bottles.

And, for WhitmoreReans, apparently whisky tastes good when carbonated. I am guessing you need to choose a pretty light blend, although "each to their own" :-)

This was only £10 four weeks ago, so really not great value at £15. M&S is still £10 and better quality.

Much better deal than the £10 one. Upgraded dishes; a side & dessert rather than one or the other and Prosecco which isn't usually included. Heat from me!

Don't forget this deal is three courses, the M&S deal doesn't include a starter. Not that the starter itself is worth £5, but the addition of Prosecco makes a difference as well.

Sounds like you picked up the Healthy Option!

The Tesco one is rank.....gloopy ready meals and poor quality vino. No thanks. For some reason I read the email I got regarding this as a starter OR a dessert, so better deal than I originally thought.

Do you know which desert it is we get? I'd quite like the Sahara so I can install a big fat solar farm on it

dealomatic2 h, 22 m ago

Sounds like you picked up the Healthy Option!

And paid £2 more!

Prosecco is a fiver a bottle. Same as the wine at Marks usually, so no need for charging an extra 5. 15 is a schit deal.

No it isn't.

Got the M&S deal today. Way more choice than of late. A beef roasting joint labelled £7.99, frites, cheesecake and wine. Pleased

Been looking at these this morning, definitely NOT the same as when they were £10 and different stuff than M&S usually do.
I may call in on the way home, couldn't buy this morning as I won't have access to a fridge all day.

Heat added.
