Thanks for all your time and effort.
Re Waitrose sausages, I have to disagree.
I cook them on my George Foreman Grill - and they are gorgeous.
In fact they have spoiled me for any other make.

So what are the final costs ?

Nah - £2.40.
2 for £6
1 for £3
10% of £3 = 30p

Nah - £2.40.2 for £61 for £310% of £3 = 30p20% off with my picks

Nah - £2.10.
2 for £6
20% of £4.50 = 90p
£6 - (£0.90 x 2) = £4.20
The 20% off with My Picks is off the product's full price.

I am a Waitrose newbie - I still feel like I shouldn't be there ...... ever so 'umble.

The benefit with multibuys on items available for Pick Your Own (PYO) with a myWaitrose card is that the 20% comes off the item SEL, Shelf-Edge Label price, ie unit price BEFORE any multibuy deal is given, ie you effectively "double-dip", which is why the OP has particularly highlighted multibuy items that are included in the limited list of items that are PYO'able with your myWaitrose card at Waitrose.

To help people see the maths:
So 2 x £4.50 pizzas bought = £9 to pay before...
Multibuy offer of 2 for £6 = £3 deduction at till for multibuy [which every customer gets] = £6 net
AND myWaitrose PYO £4.50 SEL per pizza x 2 = £9.00 SEL * 20% = further £1.80 deduction as PYO = £4.20 net
Hence £2.10/pizza net ie a 53% saving over SEL.

As I was told on here a while ago, and validated myself, as long as you have used the Waitrose PYO website or the PYO App to update your PYO list of 10 choices to include what you're buying, by the time you reach the till you should get the reduction. (I used to think it had to be done the day before.) However you are limited each month as to how many times you may update your PYO list of 10!

I was so bored of choosing the things I like only once, and thanks to Waitrose I now get to choose them twice: once in the Pick Your Offer app, and then again at the supermarket. Makes complete sense.

Hopefully you can work out what 10% is, then double it... take that away from the price. Tadaaa! 20% off.

Eg:
Pizza is 2 for £6.00
10% is 60p
20% is £1.20
Price to pay = £6.00 - £1.20 = £4.80

Edit: Hang on, as others have now said - is the 20% off the full price?

Result!!

Therefore:
Pizza is £4.50
10% is 45p
20% is 90p
2 pizzas for £6.00
Price to pay is £6.00 - 90p - 90p = £4.20

Not happy
We only have a small waitrose - I made a trip in the car only to find half the items I picked aren't stocked?
