It's online and instore, so I would imagine it would include Little Waitrose too

Their " half price " would still be more than other supermarkets.

Not all things - I've highlighted some good ones that are the cheapest against all supermarkets

Everything really. I wouldn't buy a chicken from Aldi as I prefer corn-fed.

Great deal on Persil powder.

Thanks! Will add it to the list!

I'm partial to a bit of Waitrose but in my area (Bournemouth) the 'half price' promotion is proving a bit of a damp squib. Major supply problems mean that deals on fresh food are never available. No chickens or chorizo in any of the 3 stores near me.

No doubt sold out, however, if you order online, their substiture policy is interesting:

(From their website)
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. However, if an item you require is not available, you can request a similar substitute product. If a substitution is made, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices (excluding items sold by weight), but if it's not what you want you can refuse it.

I have always done well with the subs I have received from them, best one was when Andrex 4 pack was on a BOGOF and they substituted it with a 9 pack and still BOGOF...

not really worth it ,you can get cheaper elsewhere .exemple :@ Tesco you get 1 Litre of NAPOLINA Extra Virgin Oil for sale £ 3,50 instead of 500ml fillipo berio Extra Virgin Oil for £ 2,75 >>>>

I do love waitrose. I only ever shop the offers and do very well there. their reductions are also better than most other supermarkets and their offers still work if reduced. I got 3 beautiful steaks at 67p each a while ago. Also quality is fantastic. Thanks op will be popping up there to have a look!

Some great deals. Ordered my first online shop from them, all my items are half pice!

A lot of the tea and ground coffee is half price too.

Until Lidl & Aldi stop stealing half of their customers.

The 'Event' runs out next Tuesday 27/1, ie we are in the last of the four weeks' periods. [Nearly all Waitrose offers runs to a Tuesday as presumably they have Tue-Wed overnight as their 'switchover' period].

Tip: On the Waitrose website if/when you see their red 'Half price' or similar spiel on a listing - you should find it's a link and if you follow that link it will say something like "Half Price - Available for delivery or collection until 27/01/2015" and will list other linked products on that same offer/date.

30 Shredded Wheat for £1.19. Has that been mentioned?

On a point of order. Current market shares are:

Waitrose 5.1%
Aldi 4.9%
Lidl 3.5%

..which is a total of 13.5%, and more than Morrisons' 11.1%, if less than ASDA's 17.1%.

Added to free cup of coffee and free newspaper at weekends if you spend over a tenner ..my Waitrose discounts ..Waitrose every week for me ..but each to their own . Shop the offers in waitrose ..you,ll be surprised

This has been on for weeks and most of the offers already posted...
