£1 in Spar atm aswell.
tried the flame grilled staek and the cheese flavour ok for a 1.oo
bought the salt/vinegar yesterday - lovely, strong flavour and good thickness to crisp so actually feels like you are eating something! :0
are these a bit like McCoys in thickness?

The ridges are DEEPER than McCoys!

You can see the crisp on the front of this packet

Deeper ridges so they can get more air in the pack!
Great price, undo the packet and me AMAZED - now few crisps there are, totally pointless overkill amount of packing
I used to like those Walkers MAX crisps but they stopped doing the salt and vinegar ones. Are these anything like those?
Got to agree, nice crisps but hardly any in a pack

These are a totally different kind of crisp! Better than Walkers MAX!
6 x 28g packs
Crisps are ok. But 28g in a bag makes £1 for 6 the right price.

McCoys are better by a mile.

Can't agree with you there. I had a pack of the salt and vinegar and the cheese and onion and neither really had any major flavour to them compared to the MAX crisps. I also found the bigger ridges really annoying when eating to be honest, not something i will buy again.
i counted 5 in a packet i had before, you're paying for air mostly
they will make them good for a while and then when everyone starts buying them, the quality and quantity per pack will both go down.
The kids love them but nothing inside the packs... but for £ 1.00 is ok

You mean they'll put 3 in a pack instead of 4?
I don't get all the rage about crinkle cut and ridge crisps. As far as I am concerned straight cuts are tastier with the best being Seabrook's Straight Cut Cheese & Onion flavour. How dare they stop making it!
not tried these yet, but guessing not as good as the mccoys, although noticed over the years the potato thickness of mccoys has gone down too. The other week 99p store were selling the multipacks of walkers fuller bags (6) for you know how much
I tried these this week and they're a bit more cardboardy than McCoys plus the vinegary taste was a little offputting too. The big con is the packet size - it looks like it should be heavier than McCoys 32g multipack packets, but it's actually something like 28.5g with 2/3rd of the bag being full of air. A completely devious move by Walkers there so overall, they get the thumbs down from me. Stick witth McCoys if you ask me.

No you're not. Each packet contains 28g of crisps. A standard crisp packet is usually 25g.

It wouldn't matter if you only got one huge crisp in the packet as long as the grams weight is right and at 28g it is.
just big bags of air ..oh and a couple of crisps in the bottom corner
Disgusting rip off. As most have sad - just bags of air. Approx 5 to 8 crisps (and that includes putting the small snapped ones together). Taste is nothing. My advice - Stick to McCoys - 'Real' crisps....much more content!!
