lol just got same email and thought would see if its been posted yet!

I have used them loads before and their stuff is great quality - and some fab bargains to be found as well!

great thanks!

don't forget -10% on quidco

got a couple of gorgeous clocks last year

Could someone just clarify who has experience of these sales in the past - is it 50% off the original price or 50% off the reduced price?

Hi - I had their web page left open with a leather bean bag I was interested in if it was genuinely at least 50% of it should have reduced to £95 - refreshed it this morning and the price jumped up from it's original RRP then came down by 50% to £125.. so the answer I suppose is yes and no..

The price you see is the price you pay but it was "originally' (allegedly) 50% dearer..

In saying that their stuff is pretty decent quality and their prices aren't bad - they are just doing what countless other retailers no doubt do, pump it up then chop it down

Really? My expreriences have been the opposite.
I bought 2 x Egyptian cotton double "fitted" sheets. After the first wash they shrank so much they no longer fitted at all. Put that down to bad luck, so another time bought a high thread count Egyptian cotton duvet cover, pillowcases and sheet. Instead of being soft and snug like Egyptian cotton bedding should be, this was horrible stiff and shabby, like sleeping under a piece of tarpaulin. I thought it would soften up after several washes, but after almost a dozen it is still vile.

Original prices - most of the products were reduced at various % yesterday - it is a bit misleading, technically probably illegal too!

STAY AWAY at all cost!

How can a 400 thread count duvet cover have bubbles????

It was so bad that my son removed it straight after I used it to cloth the M&S duvet cover to protect his body odour getting to the duvet! Ever since he discovered the bubbles, I have earache!

Buy them when they are dumped in TK Maxx. Rubbish stuff! Put me off buying things from the internet!

Cold from me. Quality of 'luxury' bedding isn't good. Took it back in person and it's a dive of a place on the top floor of an old warehouse.:(

Bought some organic egyptian cotton sheets before for about £11 per set and they were pretty good for money. Most importantly no dyes or additives and washing up fine after nearly a year of hard use with emolients etc

Don;t forget 10% quidco and some voucher codes also on Quidco

My experience with them has been mixed. Got a "hotel quality" high thread count Egyptian cotton fitted sheet, and it's been great washed beautifully, no shrinkage, and is lovely and soft. Also got an organic cotton fitted sheet, which is warm but ended up with lots of bobbles and pilling, so it became uncomfortable to sleep on. Also had to return a package because they sent me the wrong size of duvet cover, and one pillowcase when they were listed as being in packs of 2. Another time I received three separate orders which were for other people, and my credit card was charged for them - don't know how that could happen!

Had no problems getting quick refunds, their customer service was friendly, and quick collection of the wrong orders was organised. But it didn't exactly inspire confidence. I like most of the items I've had from them, but you never can tell if you're going to get the right goods!

Cold from me.

We had some really sub-standard bedding from them.

has anyone actually been able to place an order? i put items in my basket and when i press the 'proceed to checkout' button it resets the page and empty's the basket! grrr
