Agreed. Seems like a good app, the more publicity the better.

Gumtree in a different guise!

Facebook sales has got this sector covered

Are people still using Facebook? I thought that had started its slow death spiral..

We can always hope...

Isn't it basically Gumtree?

Hadn't heard of this, worth a try, thanks.

I'll wait until I can get a smartphone from Freecycle.

I use a site called Preloved - you can be a free member (or pay for premium features) and list for free with photos. You can leave the ads live and just renew them periodically to bump them up.
I have mostly migrated from Ebay as I got fed up with the bias towards buyers and sharply increasing fees. Of course, you can still offer Paypal for payments if you like.
You can still be caught out by scammers now and again, but that seems to be a fact of life.
One advantage is that it attracts more local buyers who can view the goods first & collect them, saving lots of hassle.

Seems to be mobile only? Not good in my opinion, in my experience as a seller on ebay, people that only have a phone and no computer cause a lot of hassle

A very good app to sell & buy ! You have to try it !

I am using it and it works... I sold an old radio that I had!

need to download itunes,, i don't want to. cold.

Better than Facebook as my mate told me that even when you sell on Facebook your friends get a feed that you've posted an item and unless they block the site your mates might get a bit bored with you popping up every two minutes! FYI for anyone that didn't know - gumtree is owned by eBay - shocker !!!!

Easier than Gumtree to use - I'm not technically gifted and I found it easy to use! Giving it heat.

Unable to block people on it, unlike shpock. Been receiving nasty messages from a spiteful person I've never met. Deleting app consequently

So does this work only in person? There's no option for a seller to deliver? I'm trying to find a 'how does it work' but haven;t managed yet
