Nice looking loaf, shame about the Calcium Propanate in it, I'll stick with Hovis 2 for £1.25 in Farmfoods.

OMG BREAD!

Nowt special about Warburton's bread, I'd rather buy supermarket own brands.

Have to agree - ASDA own bread is better for fishing

Cold no deal

£1 a loaf for bread is a hot deal.... it doesn't seem long ago the big brands were constantly on three for a pound, or occasionally two for 50p....

what does that matter? most breads use a mold inhibitor.

cold, we make our own from a 3.5kg of flour that makes about 12 full size loafs

Would be an okay deal if the apocalypse wasn't on its way! No bread, no potatoes, no milk and hardly any veg left in morrisons i just came from! A little bit of snow and people go crazy.

I think if you look at the Hovis product, it contains Fermented wheat flour. Guess what, in the production of Fermented wheat flour Proprionic acid is produced. This is added to lower the bread pH to inhibit mould growth. So whenever you see fermented wheat flour / calcium proprionate added its really the same thing.

At least Warburtons are being truthful with their ingredient declaration.........!
