This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Washer Dryer - if you don't want 2 appliances. The price is £699 with £50 off with code SALES50 and £100 cash back from LG (careful timing required to claim between 14 and 30 days - ends 14/7/2020 lgpromotion.co.uk/en_…n=2 ) bringing it down to £545. I think this is a good deal. Seems to get good reviews. (My first post, so please be kind! Is this a good deal? Is this a good machine?)

I should have added 9Kg wash 6kg dry. I read somewhere a larger capacity is likely to last longer if used for average size loads.
Congrats on your first post. It seems like a decent deal. Just ordered the 8/5kg LG washer dryer. If this was from Currys where I ordered mine, would probably change for this. Appliance City is unfortunately not on my work discount app list.
Is this a condenser or a heat pump?

I’d be amazed if it use’s a heat pump for the dryer ( just in the sense that I would expect it to cost a lot more ) I’m curious too if anyone knows ?

Had a large capacity LG WD for a few years
The wash is OK to Good (New motor done under warranty)
The dryer is very poor & takes forever

Read the manual there is a hidden sub menu to "Clean Tub"
Run this with totally basic dishwasher tablets one in draw one in Tub.
This needs to be done regularly.

Next one I get will be a return to Miele
I actually just bought the inferior V5 version. No issues whatsoever, washer is great, dryer actually dried my clothes fully so I was impressed. Yes it takes 2-3 hrs to dry a medium load, but heyho its 2 in 1 so I wouldn’t expect it to finish a load as quick as a tumble dryer. After having quite a few bad experiences with WD machines before, I am actually quite impressed with this one.
I wouldn't buy an LG washer dryer ever again. The washer worked fine but the dryer constantly filled with fluff and we had to get an engineer out on a regular basis, at least once a year, to replace the fluff container (a non user serviceable part). Five year warranty will be up soon which will render the dryer useless. LG refused to acknowledge this as a design fault and would not provide a permanent fix. LG's no longer a brand I would go for. Sorry, rant over.
