I don't trust G2A.com and many of their keys are sourced from questionable sources. I'd rather play it safe with a site like these who I have used many times before. It's also worth checking Simply Keys as they sometimes have good deals on.
ive never had issues with them. but to each his own of course. :-P

Its made 1.5 million not 1.5 million copies sold not that it really matters will pick this up when I've finished divinity
Can't believe this has bombed in price so quickly! From stuff I've seen it looks like a really well made game - alot like Divinity Original Sin!

I swear these isometric rpg's are coming back into fashion!

I think this has been highly rated by hardcore fans of the genre, as soon as I saw it was isometric 3rd person I switched off my attention to this game. It probably is really good, I wonder if there's a demo, I need to Google it.
picked it up on g2a and really enjoying it so far, not played a similar game apart from x com. its a bit daunting at first creating a squad of 4 but as long as you spec them to a leader, healer, engineer and lockpicker it seems to be working fine (playing on rookieas im newish to the genre)
cdkeywatch have it cheaper, great game.
got a key from kinguin.co.uk for £11.77 that someone recommended in the other thread - had ranger DLC and instant key delivery plus paypal payment.

used cdkeys before so wouldn't mind paying a quid more for a site i trust, but that other site seems to be a marketplace type - lots of sellers so potentially unreliable even though i got a good one (icegames)

loving the game so far, though as mentioned the character creation screen is heavy on numbers and light on explanations - perception, demolitions, lockpicking, alarm disarm and computer skills are the skillchecks i've encountered most so far, and 10+ combat initiative on all characters seems essential otherwise enemy always gets first turn meaning more dmg even if you kill them fast.

Sites like cdkeys and simplycdkeys are still unauthorised resellers.

If you want to play it safe then you simply have to buy from Steam/Origin/GMG/Gamersgate, etc.

For simply +150% of on cheapest option.

Even if they are unauthorised, if ever ive had a problem with anything - I email - and they send you another.

I cant justify £11 to £30.

It had the same effect on me and I played it at an event and found it far too complicated for my taste.

When I saw they were reviving wasteland, I was hoping for a Bethesda style RPG only with squads. Sadly that didn't happen and I don't do any game from a top down or isometric viewpoint.

There was an MCV article on this recently and GMG's roots are far less clean than they would have you believe. People who worked there in the early days have some really interesting stories to tell about them. I personally don't use them anymore tbh because they have blocked discount codes from being used under a certain amount and restrict the use of both credit and discount codes in the same transaction.

When I heard about Quentin Tarantino, I was hoping he would make action movies without all that boring dialogue. Sadly that didn't happen, and I don't do any movie where the words are more important than the explosions.

" A free copy of Wasteland 1 - The Original Classic.
A free copy of The Bard's Tale.
Three digital novellas set in The Wasteland world.
Mark Morgan's Wasteland 2 original sound track in digital format.
An incredible digital concept art book showcasing many of the world's characters and environments."

seller was icegames on kinguin.co.uk for £11.77 - that content is the digital ranger edition (i got 2 keys, one for game, one for extras though no guarantee you will too)

I enjoyed all the Fallout games (except Tactics) and even played 1 and 2 after playing the new ones, but I just can't get into this, maybe because it doesn't have the old school charm of F1 and 2.
I felt the same way about Diablo 3 as well having enjoyed Diablo 2 and other old hack and slashers.
Picked it up for £9 on g2a, had quite a few things from g2a, the only issue being refunds, which take ages, but you DO get it back.

Wicked.

Looks like they were out of the Digital Special Edition but picked up the Ranger Edition for £12, same as the DSE but without the novellas (can grab off net) and Bards Tale (already got) so thats fine with me

Now to earn enough money to build a rig that will run the damn thing...

OOI - Where does all the digital stuff (OST etc) go in Steam when you activate the keys. First game Ive had that had digital content like this. Wasteland 1 appeared but dont know where to find the rest?

my mistake, i didn't have novellas/artbook either so must be pre-order (digital ranger) version, not DSE - i musta already had bards tale on steam (damn humble bundles ). content is in steam > steamapps > common > wasteland2 though i'm too busy playing the game to check it out

i agree the game is closer to fallout:tactics in vibe than fallout 1/2 as it seems game assumes you know what you are doing and sends you out into the world but the only thing i feel is lacking is stealth - i could spend ages sneaking around and setting up ambushes or going for stealth knife kills in f:t but in wl2 (most) combat seems to start at an automatic distance other than a few scripted events you can interrupt.

still enjoying it so far, completely captures the wasteland 1/early fallout vibe
