Champions League Break to Madrid includes Flights, 4* Star Hotel with Breakfast & Tickets to see Real Madrid just £136 each

Any footie fans in the house? If your anything like my old fella then you will absolutely love this!

Using the great deal that Travel Bird are offering of Champions League Tickets with a 4* Star Hotel and Breakfast, and combining it with some cheap flights from the UK, we have come up with this great little package!

We have used flights from London on 9th - 10th December for an example for you to go and see the Ludogorets game which works out at around £136 each - which we think is cracking. Perhaps you would want to pay a bit more and head over in November to catch the Liverpool game? There are loads of cheap flights available from various UK airports and a great tool for helping you find them is Skyscanner.

"Experience the thrill of a live UEFA Champions League match in the buzzing Santiago Bernabeu stadium in Madrid! While the highlight of the trip is obviously watching a Real Madrid match live, you will also be put up in a luxury hotel not far from the stadium (with the option of 1 or 2 nights); a fantastic vantage point for some post-match exploration of this beautiful city."

Liverpool Flights are not bad going out but coming the next day is expensive, will work out cheaper to stay over another night and come back the day after that - problem is I only get back in the country a couple of days before... I have a couple of trips booked for October. I am tempted to book it for the husband and the little lad? oh decisions lol

Great find Stacey but anyone planning on going check your flights first. Horrendously expensive from anywhere North of London. And strangely enough only about a quarter of the price the week before!! Profiteering or basic supply and demand?

lol he loves his footy - that is why I am always here there is nothing but football on the TV, if there is no English football on he is watching an African match or something and if he can't find a live match then it's a match from 1983 on LFC TV ha ha - man I have to look at the Liver Bird Crest every day which hangs above the fire !!!!

Thats amazing , would cost nearly triple that to go watch Chelsea or Arsenal travelling to London ,get a ticket , stay overnight etc crazy , what a lady .

I'm not sure that this is actually a good deal.

Tickets for the Basel game start at 25 Euro, they will be the same or less for the Ludogorets match. The hotel is £45 on December 9th.

That means it's around £85 for hotel and 2 tickets and flights from London are around £50 each on those dates so you can get the total price to under £200 if you book it seperately.

Almost all of these football deals which spring up on groupon etc work out cheaper diy.

Which airline for the Manchester flights? I checked sky scanner but it's way more, for £55 I'd happily drive up there

£55???

Seems like a cracking deal

Where have you found flights that cheap? My husband well wants to book for LFC game but flights from manchester / liverpool showing £400+ I want to book it now

if anyone knows a cheap way to get to madrid for the liverpool game i am all ears (based in liverpool) i missed the initial sale of flights by one f*cking day next things flights are silly money

Still hopeful of getting out there somehow be it by land air sea spaceflight whatever

be Ronaldo's last champions league with Madrid before he comes back to united

Anyone considering the Liverpool trip, the tickets aren't that cheap, and the Madridista's aren't the friendliest bunch. I've look at flights tonight myself and here are the cheapest options. (cheapest in UK)

FLY OUT MONDAY - FLY BACK WEDNESDAY
CHEAPEST OPTION IS £146 FROM GATWICK

FLY OUT TUESDAY - FLY BACK WEDNESDAY
CHEAPEST OPTION IS £97 FROM STANSTED

FLY OUT TUESDAY - FLAY BACK THURSDAY
CHEAPEST OPTION IS £63 FROM STANSTED

Hope that helps anyone considering it.

Would love to go and sit with the away Liverpool fans, but I'm assuming these tickets are for home seats? Am I right?

It's only a 4 hour drive to Glasgow. Sub £100 flights are available from Prestwick and going back to Glasgow.

Surely far better than travelling by bus.

Mourinho and Higuain are no longer with Madrid.

From the deal page it says under additional information:

Categories 1 and 1+ are for the Real Madrid section of the stadium, while categories 2 and 3 are for the away section of the stadium.

Anyone know which night the hotel is for? Is it the night of the match or the night before (or can you choose)?

EDIT: The hotel is for the night of the match. However, when I booked the Hotel Chamartin on the offer was full and they've put us in one next to the airport (4*, same as the Chamartin). The tickets are collected from the Chamartin though. Works OK for us as our flight out is 7am the next day
