Hi
Thanks for posting. And welcome to HUKD.
It is good practice to also add the merchant and price to the title. It helps people who are just browsing through. And in my experience your post will get a few more “hot” votes.
Emmajk42 wrote a couple of very comprehensive and excellent guides for newcomers to HUKD here: - hotukdeals.com/ite…ne/

They are well worth taking a look at.
Again, thanks for posting, and welcome to HUKD.
Kind regards Andy

I had no idea this was out there. Looks great. Ordered with heat and rep. Just need to find five hours spare now to immerse myself in it.

This should have been included as one of the extras on the blueray! Gonna have to spend more money now!

Great series - MUCH better than the film, with much more atmosphere and story.

HOT.

Thanks for that.

heat added

this is great, each chapter is about 25 mins to 30 mins long, and the animation is subtle and excellent

only prob is that one guy does all the voices, but it still is excellent

Got this after watching the movie. Really enjoyed it. Much easier than trying to read a web based comic version. Can see why they changed the movie ending though, bizarre or what!

Once you get over the fact that one guy does the voices for everyone - including the female characters - this is excellent. As others have said, the motion/animation is subtle, and adds a lot to the experience.

This thing is awful. It sounds like the same man voiced every character in that flat, monotone, emotionless style of dubbed anime when anime was new, without even the consideration as to the character's sex . Short of playing some 'Silk Spectre's dialogue to my fiancee and asking her who she thought was..it had little entertainment. ("No, it's a female character").

Me and my fiancee are big fans of the book and thought the film did an OK job, but this was hysterical. The animation is on a par with the 'Grange Hill' sausage and the dialogue reading is as mentioned previously...

Why not just read the original comic book? Why on earth is it on 2x DVDs?

seen it and found it very good. not as spectacular as the movie but explains it all better. at first i thought it was duff but as i watched it , it started to engross me more. the voice over was fine (although montone) if your a watchman fan then get it , if not maybe you should leave it alone.

Went to order it but saying out of stock at check out. Think i was 12hrs too late.

really liked this, i found the grange hill animation fine, its better than stills and i'd say an improvment over badly animated toons i watched as a child.

i liked the narration, gave it a film noir feel

Buying one for a girly mate who's mum just passed away, so thanks for this

Edit: ****. This is marked out of stock.
