Or just use a flannel.

Could do, but when you're out and about with the little ones, these are quite good as an alternative alas pretty expensive compared to a flannel or microfibre reusable one.

I bought these for a while to use with my newborn, but the price is just extortionate for wiping babys bum! Sainsburys have own brand sensitive, newborn suitable wipes which are substantially cheaper and were fine for my son.

Tempted to try, but hard to justify these. I guess if it stops nappy rash then might be worth it. Metanium is thankfully good to stop nappy rash, but would be better to avoid it in the first place. Any thoughts?

Change the child's nappy more often.

good price!

£2 a pack at boots at the moment so this is a good spot.

Have a 3 month baby, used these since she was a few weeks old and not a single nappy rash / bad bum. Might be expensive but well worth it.

Agreed these are worth the money at least while they are tiny. No nappy rash so far.

Wouldn't change nappy if I couldn't wash my hands afterwards. That needs hot water. If I've got hot water, I can use a flannel.
