Nice stylish tap with good reviews. Mono basin mixer tap with solid brass body. Chrome-plated brass clicker waste included. Not bad since a clicker waste itself usually costs ~£15+

Just got one of these yesterday looks good for the price. Come with a clicker waste plug too.
Great thanks OP! Ordered. Heat added
These are good quality taps.
I bought a watersmith tap a few months back (not this one). Absolutely fantastic
Any reason why this can’t be used as a kitchen sink tap please

No reason if you want to but it obviously doesn't rotate or anything so wouldn't be ideal, in my opinion

That’s true the rotating thing
Bought one last week, not fitted yet, has a good weight to it and looks decent. Managed to get an extra 10% off (new store opening) so well pleased.
Thanks, I bagged a couple.

Thank you. Ordered 3
Have a similar tap.

One point to be aware of. Putting two water feeds into one outlet increases the pressure and can mean running water through the tap can create pressure noises.

If you you fit this best to have a variable pressure valve on the inlet pipework to manage that and avoid noisy taps.
I've got an identical tap to this - looks nice, a bit noisy though when you have high pressure.

I've wanted to sort out our noisy taps for ages but had no idea what was causing it, thanks!

Do both hot and cold inlets need a variable pressure cable fitting?

Are these easy to fit?

I’m not a plumber so not sure. Maybe just try each tap one at a time and see which makes the noise. Cold water usually higher pressure so maybe work just with cold.

Again im not a plumber and not even great at DIY I just have a noisy tap so best to check with a pro.

Sounds like I need to make a new account today, register my address again and then never buy anything on this account
Thanks
I have a dual tap system (different taps for hot and cold water). Can i just add this to it by removing one or would i need to change the entire basin as well?
Basins generally come with one, two or no tap holes. If your basin has a single tap hole, then yes. If it has a double tap hole then it may look somewhat strange! You may also have to consider the plumbing arrangement and the length of the tails that come the tap compared to what you have.

Yeah my basin has two different taps/holes for hot and cold. It becomes a nuisance. That's why i was hoping for it to get changed. Maybe could remove one of them and put this mixer in place instead?
