Was just about to post this. Amazing deal. They have the PC version of the drive for £86.99. Personally went with the Mac version because it has USB C.
Does the mac version work with a PC?

Pc version will work with mac too. Either by reformatting or software. Although sometimes its just works (weird but talking from experience)

Aren’t they both USB-C?? Mac or PC is just how it’s formatted oob right?
Which time machines are these compatible with?
I want to connect one of these to my router to backup pictures from my Android phone, using the FolderSync app. Would a portable hard drive be better or a powered one?
is this SSD ?
@Brutes

I've read a few comments that you're the storage expert, any suggestion between the WD My Book external drive and the Seagate Backup Plus external drive? It will be plugged in my router to backup pictures from my phone.

What does your comment have to do with the WD Passport?
I'm so confused with these external hard drives I prided myself once at being at the forefront of the tec change now I'm the modern day equivalent of a zx spectrum.

Would this work on my xbox1 just note a coupe of extra quid I get 5tb instead of 4 on yesterdays deal

Thanks
