If they cancelled your order opening an 'Item Not Received case' is no good when the item is cancelled and refunded. But you can report the violation of policy here:

Choose the bottom option ebay.co.uk/help/action?topicid=4022 and report it and ebay will investigate their shenanigans.. I would also include the email they sent you! (edited)

Typical Box - they realise they've priced something too low and cancel orders blaming supplier/warehouse. Not buying anything from them since they messed me around with a mobo like that. Bought from their store with 10+ in stock, they cancelled my order and put the lot on their ebay storefront at inflated price. I recommend leaving them an adequate Trustpilot review. (edited)

This is a great price for a top end product in my opinion. Can’t cheap out on reliable storage.

Is this overkill for ps5? I'm looking for something that is reliable and on par with ps5 factory storage but don't want to spend a fortune. Also looking at Kingston kc3000 and samsung drives. Cheers

Hard to say if overkill. I have the 1TB SN850 and it loads extremely fast. Though I’d doubt you’d find much noticeable difference if you went for a slightly lower model.

But I’ve read reports that the PS5 will still load games absolutely fine even with the slowest M2 SSDs.

One thing to note is the internal SSD is around 5,500MB/s. So an external SSD beyond that is a bonus really.

Box is DREADFUL cancelling orders just because you don’t like the discounts we’re getting… can take your freebie and shove it where the sun don’t shine! Won’t touch them ever again.

Don't know seller but UK based, 100% feedback on 9k reviews
Sold as used but Seller states
"The drive was tested only once and still indicates 0 hours on power (according to CrystalDiskInfo)." (edited)

I've bought a few of their 'used' drives, all have virtually no use, just not in the original packaging.

Not sure I could recommend this over the 2TB ADATA Gammix S70 Blade which can be had for £90-103 (depending on who has stock).
Or the Silicon Power SX70 which is £109.

Both drives match this one in performance. (edited)

Looks like this is reduced further on ebay now. With discount it's 124.52

Still too much considering the 2 other drives that are just as good can be had for as little as £90 at the moment -
